A very smart, confortable, clean unit, close to Newmarket and easy access to City Centre. Staff very welcoming on my arrival. Plenty of psrking. Good location at a very good price.

There are three motels all in a row on this road. Over the past couple of years I have stayed in all three. Interestingly, although this was the smartest and most modern inside, it was smalller than the other two motels' rooms which, for similar price, were slightly run down but larger with more facilities. One had a kitchen area and microwave, whereas this one had a kettle and a toaster.. They could probably add a microwave and a little more space for preparing food for my 3-night stay.

Great convenient location. AC and wifi were great. Great amount of parking. The room was nice and clean upon arrival, but space inside the room is a little tight if you are travelling with many things. On a main road but I found it to be quiet.

The space inside the room was a little tight if travelling with many belongings. The kettle was a bit leaky and a little tricky to fill up in the sink. When requested to service the room they left the bed unmade however they did service the rest of the room.

Clean and comfortable with basic facilities, sufficient for an overnight stay. Easy to find and not far from places to eat. Relatively simple to get to airport. All rooms are ground floor so no steps to overcome with suitcases needing repacking for following day's flight

The rooms are quite tight, getting in and out of bed on one side requires some effort but that's better than a smaller bed. Small table and chairs, no sofa or armchair but if, like us, you are on an overnight stay en route to airport, the room is adequate.

The Staff are incredibly friendly and nice - I've been staying annually and they remember me which is awesome! It's a cute wee space to stay which was convenient to me event at the ASB Showgrounds and also to Newmarket mall - only a 10min walk away!

The pillows weren't very comfortable but the bed was great which kinda made up for it. You don't get refreshed towels unless you hang up the sign asking for a service. The bin is a little small and kept in the bathroom - but there is a skip nearby to pop rubbish into.

The bath was excellent. We are used to solar power with shower only, which is why we chose the Tudor Motor Lodge for its bath. Also it was close enough to get us into CBD parking before rush hour. You could make your description of that unit a little clearer by stating "Bath and shower" instead to the ambiguous "Bath or shower". However, now that we know for sure, we will be back whenever we have another early CBD appointment.

The TV operated for a short while, then we got a "No Signal" message. We didn't bother the staff with that as we carried our own pocket WIFI and computer. We would have alerted the staff next morning but left too early.

It would be good if the office is really open 8.30am. we rang the bell but nobody came out. They have a clear message to drop the keys as we did. We wanted to ask some questions but the door was locked. What if there was a situation that needed their assistance? Apart from that evth was good, we were happy to stay there .

Convenient location, free parking off-road, clean

The two single beds in the room we had need replacing too soft, no support. In most other rooms all beds have been upgraded and are super comfortable, unfortunately not in the room I had this stay.

Room and bed comfortable. Wi-Fi and air conditioning good. Laundry good. The outlook is quiet and pleasant. This is not top of the line accommodation but for the price I had everything I wanted. The rooms are not serviced during stays of less than a week but staff will attend to anything you ask for.

Just that turning car around in the car park not that easy.

Clean and comfortable, good location, and good value for money. The well equipped kitchenette was basic but totally adequate. No problems at all.

The room was great for our stay. Clean and tidy We stayed for Synthony in the domain. We walked to the concert which took about 20 minutes. Off street parking which was great. Would definitely stay again

Shower was a tight fit. I'm small so wasn't so bad, but was difficult for my 6 foot partner.
