Very clean and tidy. Great location.

I did wish there was a sink for the kitchenette but not a big deal as the motel is great value.,

loved everything staff were absolutely lovely awesome staff as we were meant to check in at 2-3pm we arrived late due to traffic etc staff member was so kind when we arrived though we were late 10/10 highly would recomment staying here with your whanau or as a couple/solo Beautiful staff/Location everything close to everything

It was just what we needed for somewhere to stay and recovery from surgery. Handy to all facilities. We had to stay 1 extra night and they accommodated us during a busy period.

To be a bit picky..... The couch was uncomfortable and there was no milk. But if that's the only 2 things then it really wasn't too bad at all.

Staff very welcoming and took us to our room carrying my luggage as well. My son wanted to have a smoke and used the com outside the office with a friendly reply on the Friday night we stayed. So very close to our venue.

No full length mirror...not a biggie but would have been nice since we were going out for the night.

James and his team are very accommodating and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable especially as our luggage was delayed by 2 days. The motel is on the main bus route into the city, You will need to purchase a AT HOP card for public transport as they dont take card or cash.There is a big shopping centre 10 mins walk.

A well located, clean and friendly little motel. Easy access and parking outside the room. Good sized accommodation with a balcony outside, comfy bed, decent shower and little kitchen with tea & coffee and bottled water. Staff very friendly, would definitely stay again.

Staff were extremely helpful, kind and went above and beyond. Genuinely nice people! Great location with easy access into city via public bus or walking. Plenty of free parking on site.

Despite being an older style motel, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location to central city was great with easy access to SH1 north and southbound. We just stayed one night to attend a concert but will definitely stay at Siesta again.

Did not realise the studio had no sink as part of the kitchette. Found this a complete surprise as first time I had struck this situation.

The memory pillow was very comfortable. Clean and quiet. The reception was very kind.

The room didn't have bedside drawers to put small items in. The room made some cracking sounds on the wall or the roof at night.
