The facilities were very clean and tidy, Well provisioned

Communication. We arrived on site expecting a reception area, I didn't realise it was a BnB. There wasn't any communication as to where the unit entry actually was. A very nice Asian couple helped us out but there was a bit of communication issue as they didn't speak english so communication was via a translator app on his phone. I wasn't sure if they were staff I had no idea where the key to the room was or where to leave it when we left. I had asked for a ground level room as I was on crutches so there was a bit of an issue to get up the front step which was about 400mm high.

Lovely sunny room with modern vibe. Facilities and item for tea/coffee making and treat food items were left. Very comfortable bed. Spacious studio style apartment. Felt secure even though i was on ground floor. Lovely courtyard garden area in this unit with seating. Shower ran with good pressure. Great location in Newmarket close to Newmarket train station and eateries and shopping. Great value for money.

Bathroom would be on the tight size for more corpulent guests but fine for me. Small bathroom bench area too. But impossible to change. No actual kitchen sink but a plastic basin in a stand was available to wash dishes.

I had an early procedure close-by. The complimentary breakfast allowed me to start medication at 6 am. What I liked most is the feeling of homeliness. Slices of delicious bread in an airtight container, a container of spread, a carton of milk. More than enough for the guests, but the remainder can be re-used.

Very close to the clinic I needed to go to. En suite. Bed was good but needed lighter bedclothes Decor pleasant Outside area great Good curtains Wifi Basic supplies for drinks, muesli

V little flexibility about check out time. Not having hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom. no sink in the kitchenette for dishwashing.

The room was very comfortable, it is clear the host is very thoughtful about all the little details - there were snacks provided which was great as we had an early flight the next morning. The room was very clean and well-maintained. We could not have asked for a better stay our last night in New Zealand! It was also great that we could have a place to park our rental car for the night. Could not speak to the location, as our stay coincided with the Easter weekend so everything was closed. But it looked like it was very convenient based on the number of restaurants and shops we walked by.

Nothing, everything was great!

Hotel location is great.It is within walking distance to Newmarket train station. Opposite the hotel there is a very nice Vietnamese restaurant(closes till late,830pm) and you could also walk to a supermarket(Countdown) located in a mall nearby. Hop on the train to Britomart station(two stops away from Newmarket station) for more wide range of shopping and nice eateries.

Toilet was a little small for even a smaller-sized adult like myself.

Studio apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean and tidy, well equipped, comfortable and within easy reach of downtown Auckland. Nice touches too, including some tasty treats in the fridge on our arrival. Loved it!

Liked everything!

Clean, lots of lovely little touches, great location, surprisingly quiet. Parking included.

Only sink was in the bathroom, so tricky to wash up dishes or prep food that needs water. Fine for takeaways tho!

The room was clean, the bed was very good, and the shower was excellent. Good location as it is also close to the train station. Vivien was responsive and helpful when we had to collect our luggage a bit later than planned. Will surely recommend her place to others visiting Auckland.

Self Check-In & Check-Out, great Location for Shopping with Train Station close by, Eye Institute less than 5 min walk away, Modern clean flat with heat pump/aircon, small kitchenette and simple brekkie provided. Happy to recommend and stay again. Thanks Vivien :)
