We landed into NZ early after travelling 14 hours. I had emailed to enquire about an early check in. They said it would depend on bookings which is totally understandable. We were delighted that when we arrived our room was ready. Our room was perfect for our stay - the kitchenette area was ideal and they continued to stock us up on teas throughout which we greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for us - we enjoyed walking to the nearby sites of Mount Eden, One Tree Hill and Newton Shopping Mall. It was a nice walk into the CBD also which we did as the weather was nice. Thank you so much for our stay.

The location is great, near new market business area. The room is clean with helpfull great staffs. Perfect for occasional business stay with adequate amenities.

Location was great, bed was very comfortable, size of room was just right for space and moving around the room.

The top of the bench had a piece of wood stuck over some sort of basin. The door fixture jammed on the top of the door when opening it. The toilet roll holder was missing and 2 toilet rolls were hooked over the towel rail. You had to full the jug from the bathroom, not a pleasant experience when someone has just been poos. I didn't feel safe stepping out of the shower onto a shelf then onto the floor.

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Great location with parking onsite. My room was well equipped, modern and comfortable.

Location and catering to our family needs

Lovely modern room & facilities, excellent price, Welcoming host, comfy super king bed, a new modern bathroom. Doesn't take long to heat the room. Not too far of a walk the Westfield Newmarket. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was cold on arrival (I hadn't let them know when I was coming), but as it's winter, you would expect it to turn on about 4 pm and the windows to be closed. Also, there is no heater in the bathroom. Maybe offer a basic pod machine or plunger.

Great location, handy to train station, local immunities and easy drive into the city. Great variety for breakfast, beds were comfortable and despite proximity to road it was very quiet. Lots of carparks, great sized room

Cleaning was average, around door frames and under furniture etc was very dusty. Floor in kitchen was a bit messy and toilet roll looked like it had been wet and dried hard.

The new rooms are really nice, comfortable, clean and good value. Guest laundry on site also useful. Staff are very helpful and friendly. WiFi fast and reliable. Close to Westfield Centre and shops.

The older rooms are a little tired but clean.

Clean and tidy room. Close to what we needed. Quiet. Nice breakfast.

I loved that my car was parked directly outside my room. It was a wet few days. Made life a lot easier. Cafe on site
