The car parking is super helpful as we were there for a few nights. Charge is $20 per night currently. I had a big car and my original allocated car park was a bit tight for me but this was easily rectified by check in staff. There are a few places close by within walking distance, coffee shops, bakery, subway, Pita Pit and a couple of dairy’s. A massive bonus for me was the washing machine and dryer in my room. Super helpful! I wish all establishments had this. Even though the hotel was full there was no extra noise and usually you can hear the rooms next to you but this was not the case at this place. Highly recommend!
Nothing that I know of.

Separate washer and dryer in the bathroom and in good condition. The bathroom is spot clean and new. Except the sewage smell from the drain on the floor.
The shower gel holders were broken upon checking in. But we had to rush out after dropping off the luggage as we had a tight schedule. So it was broken through out the stay despite they offered to fix it. But shouldn't the cleaner check before they made the room available??? The drain on the floor in the bathroom had a strong and pungent sewage smell. Need to cover with the bath mat and keep the door shut to reduce the smell. Need to pay for carpark. but that's the norm in Auckland now.

We had a nice but brief stay at Quest Mount Eden. We made it in earlier while there were still front desk staff which helped with figuring out the parking situation. We were pleasantly surprised to see in-unit washer, would recommend finding a local laundromat for a dryer to completely dry clothes. Super clean, nice amenities, and quiet. We did not have time to explore the area much due to our early flight time the next morning but it worked well with a short drive to the airport. Recommend to other guests.
Would have liked a dedicated parking spot in front of building for unloading. Also a larger drying rack.

This Quest is modern, clean and well located in Mount Eden. There are nice areas to walk close by and easy public transport to the CBD. The reception and housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient. The accommodation is quiet, well designed and includes extras such as a washing machine, clothes drier and dishwasher. The shower was excellent, as was the heat pump/air-conditioning unit. The wifi connection was good.
The car park spaces in the adjacent carpark building are a bit tight, especially if you are up against the fence as we were. There were two different coloured rubbish bins in the room, but it was unclear as to whether these were for recycling, or if there was actually any recycling system.

Very centrally located. I could walk wherever I needed to. The parking is also secure, if needed. The unit is spacious enough and comfortable. It is a great place to stay! I would recommend it to anyone who is in Auckland for a short stay (or longer!)
Some of the crockery had a sort of oily layer with fingerprints on it. Freaked me out. But it was put into the dishwasher and was sparkly clean again! The unit could also do with a better smell. Maybe consider some sort of air freshener for the corridors and rooms?

What a fantastic location close to all the things we needed. The staff let us in easily, after hours information sent prior to arrival and very capable front desk person. The rooms were spacious, comfy and the bathroom was huge. Everything was clean as a whistle, which makes such a difference! Some of our frinds who were also staying said their rooms were not serviced, however our rooms were serviced beautifully with tea, coffee and milk replaced every day. I loved that there was a coffee plunger in the cupboard and little packet of cookies. Very thoughtful additions.
The hallway smelt funky, a little like foot odor or poorly vented bathroom/toilet? Not too strong but just enough to make you breathe less deeply when you get out of the lift and walk along the hallway to your room.

The property is in a good location, a nice, safe, quiet neighbourhood, we took a long walk around, found a nice cafe as well as a small store to get water. We didn't use all facilities, we focused on the room, it was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable, I'm personally impressed by the included washer and dryer in-unit Easy access to Mount Eden!
Its a great property that's relatively new (or felt new) My appeal to management is to make the investments needed to keep it that way, I hope to visit again

The Quest building in Mount Eden was a perfect location for us. The parking was easy to access; the building was modern and quiet. Our studio was clean and well-presented. It was serviced daily to a high standard. The shower was excellent and the wifi caused no problems. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, a dish washer and even laundry facilities. I liked the capsule coffee machine for guest use in the foyer. There has been a welcome upgrade to sustainable/refillable bathroom products since we last stayed in Quest accommodation.
The rubbish and recycling bins in the room were unlabelled so may not have been in use. The studio wasn't especially spacious and there was no view. The bathroom light was very bright-a dimmer or night light would have been appreciated.

I had a kidney attack, waited near 2 hours foe the ambulance and the manager Nikita stayed with me the entire time to make sure I was okay, ambulance didn't come so she took me to hospital and didn't leave my side until I was in ED. Words can't express my gratitude and appreciation. Forever grateful and will always stay here when I come for business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Everything. Clean, modern, had everything we needed and close to some great local eats (Wok n Noodle is a fave). Staff were helpful & the facilities were great - felt very clean and new. Secure and easy parking. I liked that there was milk in the fridge - just a nice stay. And very quiet!
Only critique which is a small one, didn’t have black out curtains. So it was a little bother in the morning and at night trying to get to sleep as I’m sensitive with light. But again, really minor.
