Close to starship hospital. Price. The workers. The comfy beds. Large bedrooms. Free laundry. Winning!!!! With all the old furniture and other things stored in car park, the laundry room set up in what use to be a room and the breakfast room looking like it could be the next storage room, it's clear work is being done - maybe an upgrade or something. I would honestly stay there again!!!!

Rugged furnishings and dirty blinds. Pipes in bathroom, Cleary for washing machine, exposed. Car park and price - not that we didn't like the car park, it was just freaky as to get and move around lol. You NEED a small car.

We booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and were on the 14th floor with adjoining apartments. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were perfectly suited for our needs. Kitchenette had everything we needed and small bathroom worked well. Views were awesome and balcony was small but great to have. In the rooms closest to the motorway the traffic sounds were loud, but earplugs solved this easily. Aircon was great for hot summer temps and good for cooling the one internal bedroom at night. Well insulated internally, no sounds from other rooms. The rooms were clean, tidy, and smart, although a little dated and paint was a little patched. Overall great, and well priced and would stay again. Staff super helpful and smiley! Thanks for having us!! 🙋🏻‍♀️👍🏻

Good value for money: plenty of space, bright and airy, close to the university and to eateries. It was nice to have proper cooking facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Two things which might not trouble everybody: (1) I would much rather have a bedside table than an extremely large bed. It doesn't make sense to me to put a king size bed in a room designed for a queen sized bed, and a queen sized bed in a room designed for a single bed, leaving no room for any other furniture in the bedrooms. (2) For those of us not wanting to run the air conditioner all night, either because of the noise of the environmental cost, it would be nice to have a choice of bed covers other than a doona suitable for winter or a couple of thin sheets.

Great value for money for a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. Complimentary wifi was excellent (that was a nice surprise). Kitchen, although small, had everything we needed. View towards museum was lovely. Love how close and easy it was to walk to everything we needed in the city. Would definitely book again.

It would have been nice to have 4 chairs so we could all sit around the table together. The stove top could do with a picture or instructions so we know which way is hot and perhaps a book with instructions that says the oven won't work unless the time is set. Just little things that aren't obvious.

Clean and functional apartment. It's just off the main road (and next to a cemetery) so it's nice and quiet. It's a little bit of a walk to the waterfront, but we didn't mind it as the walk is pretty nice. Mind, it's a downhill walk so walking back took a bit more effort. There's also on site parking in the building that's safe and secure.

There was no grocery store nearby so one would need to walk a bit further to get basic necessities. Also, the parking under the building is very tight so we needed to be extra careful driving down the steep ramp because there wasn't a lot of room to maneuver.

Our two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs, offering all the necessary facilities. We found the price was reasonable and the cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were exceptionally large and comfortable with a generous supply of pillows. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring a completely hassle-free experience. The location was fantastic that we appreciated the easy 18 minute walk to the Sky Tower. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again when visiting Auckland.

The only noted concern was the weak water pressure in the shower.

Friendly and accommodating staff Good value for a 2 bedroom accommodation Secured Own carparking with a fee. Good shower Dishwasher and oven. The glass panel in one of the sides of the room so it looks bigger and brighter during the day. And have natural lighting to the room.

Not so soundproof as we heard person outside our room shouting and another closing the door with force. Personally, the seats is too high for me in the kitchen area. Couch is too low for others in my family.Might need updating/reupholstering. On the checkout day, getting a lift down to reception was very slow and full . No warning of the other lift not working. Very steep and just enough width going to carpark with spiral descend and ascend. Really need to abide by heights specified in booking. Narrow way coming and going to the place. Bed a bit to soft to my liking . I like firm bed.

Functional, everything you need, but instruction booklet would be helpful as a secondary switch is needed to be turned on for the fridge. Shower head was left facing up and straight out the door so water went everywhere when I turned it on. Double wall plugs are fake with only 1 operating terminal so had to unplug nightlight in order to charge phone. Soap pumps in both the shower and at the basin were empty and only 1 soap, 1 body wash, 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner were provided for 3 of us over 2 nights. Luckily we had bought our own. I am sure if we had asked at reception, we probably could have got more. Also couldn't work out how to fly the television..again another reason for an instruction booklet.

It is a great location within walking distance of the CBD, with very comfortable beds. The hills in Auckland were a challenge but it was a great workout every day and there were escooters for hire everywhere . The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer which was an added bonus. Bus stops were within 5 minutes walk so access to public transport was fantastic.

The couches were old and dated and a bit uncomfortable to sit on when watching TV. However, we didn't spend much time in the apartment, so it wasn't a major issue for us.
