The bed was comfortable and rooms were a decent size. No complaints from neighbors and vice versa. The amenities provided, I think, was more than adequate for the cost. View was high (19th floor).

No wifi and no parking....not really a biggie for the price paid, just putting it out there for anyone looking. We risked parking in whatever spots we could find, including up on the kerb....otherwise there is a small public parking lot about 2 mins (walking distance) away and it is halfway up the steep street. The bathroom is a little small/cramped. The key card didn't let us back in the building on the morning of checkout. For context, we were packing our things into our car and did several runs from the room to the car. As it was early, front doors were not yet opened so we had to use the swipe in/out door.

wifi should at least be free, to avoid additional expenses other hotels wifi are free. 5G we both was consumed in just 1 day, a bit not satisfied when it was not free however place, cleanliness and accessibility to transportation, restos and sky tower were the best thing to this apartment hotel. Good kitchen we cooked our food. with small but clean fridge microwave and electric kettle new, ckean and working. Bed likewise and beddings smells new. daily towels provided 2 nights 2 towels kitchen utensils and kitchen wares are new staffs are accomodating.

Super cheap, good location, you paid for what you get. Don’t expect the world for the price. It was a bed to sleep in at night and still had bathroom facilities and kitchen facilities. We would stay again for cheap accommodation.

If you are looking for a super comfortable hotel by the viaduct this isn’t for you but it is good value for money. The beds are very hard but we did expect that and we were also on level 19 and they only had one lift going due to on going upgrades so there was a lot of waiting.

Empire Apartments value for money is unmatched. I usually stay at another nearby hotel, but this place was so much more affordable, and had nicer vibes with more facilities. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was super roomy and comfortable. I almost didn't believe that the price would be for TWO whole rooms! It also turned out to have SEPARATE bathrooms as well!

There's no free Wi-Fi, but there is a paid option.

We liked how in each room there was a small TV and how there was enough beds for each of my children. We also liked how the room had a view out over the highway and into the sea. We also liked how there was a heater that could heat the whole apartment very quickly. We also liked how there was two full bathrooms.

We didn't really like how you had to pay for wifi, it made the stay a little disappointing.We didn't like how there was no oven in the kitchen. We also didn't really like how hard it was to turn the faucet on and off.

The Location is good and valued

The laundry is closed too early, Maybe better to use the room card to entry. No one will waiting in the laundry until the washing and drying process. After hours the door will locked. If you just stay for one night you can't have your clothes back after 10:00 Pm.

I like everything about the place and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It is nearby the sky city.

There is a $200 security deposit required that IS mentioned in the booking.com conditions, but I didn't realise it was a process that could take 3 days to refund, thankfully the staff were happy to help with an email for the bank to confirm the refund allowing it to be processed immediately ☺️

Great location, for central Auckland. Nice spacious apartment. Beds were super comfortable. Definitely value for money.

No real parking outside the building as quite busy with students - had to part up at the parking building though this also had limited parking spaces as well.

My family stayed there while I was in hospital. It was a ideal location for them. They said the staff were helpful. The facilities were great and had exactly what they needed. Location was very handy for them and was great value for money. Appreciated the assistance when they needed to check out earlier than expected.
