The best customer service we have ever received they were brilliant, 2 bedroom apartment was so clean , so much room, handy having a kitchenette and washing machine when travelling.I would highly recommend this Quest apartment for great value and such friendly helpful staff .I would be very happy to stay here again .

I liked everything for the price you can’t fault it .yes it’s a older property but it’s very clean and well managed . The price is excellent for 2 bedroom apartment.

Location is good. Very close to all main attractions, groceries shops, shopping area, public transportation. Room size was sufficient for two of us including kitchenette. Was given room facing to the park (as per our request) and we very recommend it. You have a park view and see the tower right from the balcony. Was very convenient to watch New Year firework. We came at 12pm and our room was ready for us.

Due to public holiday, all management was off for 2 days. Not a problem, we were capable to make our bed and take care of garbage, but it will be great if extra garbage bags and coffee supplies are provided.

Location was great

I was rung day before I arrived, confirmed we need carpark, arrived had to ask again and the lady (who had rung me) didn't seem to know i requested, all good, added to our total $30 and we paid. We checked out then same lady said we hadn't paid for the park. I said I had and went over the convo from check-in and total paid then we left. She rang us later that day to say we had been over charged and want to refund $30, I asked was that for parking double charge which it was. Very very frustrating to now have to send bank details for refunding but firstly the record of payment for parking is recorded where.......? How many other people go through this argument.

The studio was excellent. It is spacious and comfy. On arrival the AC was set to a nice and cool temperature which we appreciated a lot after a long and tiresome travelling in the hot weather. Having a charging station for your phone and other devices was also a nice touch. The bathroom was super clean and in great condition. Overall there were a lot of small but significant things in the studio that were well thought out that we appreciated a lot

There was some roadwork happening at the time, but other than that, everything was amazing.

Great location, the apartment style equipped with many features I enjoyed using.

The kitchen area is too small to provide enough surface area for any cooking. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom. When using the dryer, you need to turn on the bathroom vent in order to vent out the hot moisture from the dryer. The first I used the dryer and didn’t turn on the vent, the bathroom became a sauna. Would be nice to put a note on the dryer.

The suite was perfect and well equipped

The shower door in the double room didn’t shut properly but it was a small thing

Only concern was that a guest in the room next door was smoking on their balcony next to ours and the hotel is designated non-smoking

It is in a fantastic location, easy to find and quick to walk or taxi/uber from. It had an underground secure parking garage available which we required to keep travelling items safe. There was Minimal noise in the rooms, and two lifts to use. The rooms and overall apartment was spacious and very clean. The beds were also super comfy and the room had all the amenities we required. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the overall presentation was welcoming.

A fairly recent refurbished apartment, made all the difference- modern bathroom and the apartment was well equipped with Kitchenette, easy to reheat food etc and make a cuppa, the small verandah was all that was needed to see the park view and get some fresh air and watch the sensational sunsets.. It was very quite for a City although we were at the rear and avoided traffic noise.
