I loved staying here they are close to everything and the area is beautiful the staff were so welcoming and accomodating. The hospitality staff is also very prompt in cleaning and updating the sheets. I had to change my booking multiple times to add additional people and the staff were so quick to act. They also upgraded my room. The free shuttle was so perfect for me and my family Thankyou so much for ur service.

I would rate it 10/10 however the motel gate wasn't open so there was a weird entrance to the parking which if ur driving a small rental car or a low level car the speedbump can be difficult to drive over. There was a regular noise coming from the neighbors at night like loud music.

Very comfy beds and pillows. Spacious room, bonus to have a mini-kitchen. Close to airport, used Yellow Bus for free to arrive and depart. Exceptional value for money, coming from the UK and the exchange rate. Enjoyed the complimentary shower gel, hand soap, lotion.

Sponge in kitchen was not new, it had been used. Also, the washing-up liquid supplied (pink liquid) was very strong/acidic, it felt like it was burning my hands on use, so I bought my own to use. Some of the fitments for example windows/blinds/shower doors, need a little cleaning/attention, but it did not stop us enjoying our stay.

Every single thing was fine and perfect, cleaning of the rooms were more than excellent 10 out of 10 for the cleaning. When we entered in the room we felt so good, But there was a little trouble, and We ordered our food from uber and we thought that we have a microwave and yea we can order food online and we can use the microwave and eat food later. But unfortunately microwave wasn’t able to work and couldn’t warm the food and all that. Thats fine we understand that happens sometimes. And the same night we went to reception and there were a indian guy and we told him that and he said i will let the morning staff know that and they will fix it, As we came from napier we were outside the whole day and came back and the same thing happened again second day. Again we told to that same guy about that and he was like i told them already didn’t they fixed it ? Thats what happend, thats fine for now we will come again next time.

the room the garden outside easy access hot tea nice dinner cook perfectly to my liking overall i liked it so much i wanted to stay longer warm room with a heater system easy to use facilities i am hungry now wanner go back for a hot meal again and again. travel to hotel by yellow bus was convenient. yellow bus drivers all were very friendly nice to listen and spend time to talk too. i liked the dinner room the space and the cleanliness, also the chef has the cook skills one likes, the dinner room staff are calm and thoughful, to one's needs.

I was worried after reading the reviews but in my opinion its really good. I would recommend it for someone who is travelling on a budget. It’s quite basic but compared to the hotel that my bro stayed, over price hotel 🤣.5mins from the airport & southern/northern motorways Close to all the best takeaways that south auckland have to offer, there's a restaurant close by in the hotel building. Great service my room very clean and comfortable with mini kitchen very useful. Nice Lil covered courtyard outside my room where you can interact & meet with other quest...👍🤣

Great room, very clean and tidy. Very homely and spacious.

The receptionist was very short with his temper. Right from the beginning, his body language and facial expressions were not very welcoming. He looked at me as if to say “what are you doing here?” I felt extremely uncomfortable and became annoyed with him. When requesting my licence, I couldn’t understand him and asked him to repeat himself which he clearly did not like being asked to do. Overall, very poor people skills and in my professional opinion, needs to do some professional learning on how to communicate with customers. I was very reluctant to stay another night here. Thankfully I had only booked one night and went further up the road to Naumi where their customer services was great!

Quicker shuttle from airport

Proximity to Airport and the intended place of my visit, easy to get to the airport early in the morning, the motel is in a resort type set up, which is good for family stay & transit to international.

Ventilation in the toilet is not that good, only a small window with natural air circulation, better if a small ventilation fan is provided. With multiple guest, it becomes a problem obviously. Door and almirah handle have seems to be damaged for ages, not fixed or not maintained properly.

It was a good deal for the few hours we needed to be there, and to be able to catch the very handy and free Shuttle bus to the airport early morning 4.30am... Excellent service and on time. Good sized room and all we needed to eat, shower and sleep.

Unfortunately someone sometime had ripped all bathroom, rails etc from the walls so it looked a bit untidy or unkept but ir was clean enough and everything else worked well ...plenty hot water. Appreciate these damage issues can't be fixed over night. Only comment would be that it was very hard to find our room in the dark ... a little more lighting around the many pathways to the units and a light over the lists of numbers e en would help guide the way!!

Very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every half hour. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have a doorway out onto a grassed lawn.

My dinner was very ordinary. I had the roast lamb... the meat was obviously reheated so a little tough, the mixed veges were of the frozen packet variety and had been microwaved, and the roast potatoes were tasty, but oily. My partner had the seafood platter and was very satisfied. We had opted for the included breakfast, but when I got to the restaurant, I wasn't informed if it included the hot options which had to be ordered, so I just had the cold buffet. Staff members seem a little distant.
