Patty and the team were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, ideal for our week-long stay. Very relaxing property surrounded by nature. The location to town and the beach was so central with everything you would need within a short drive or walk. We were advised of the building work that is happening on the property before we booked and the price was discounted to compensate for any inconvenience which was appreciated. The builders were considerate and we weren't impacted too greatly as we were out during the day. We will definitely be returning to Tui and Nikau.

Fabulous little cabin with exceptional views amongst the trees. We had everything we needed for our 7 day stay - cooking facilities, roomy bathroom, comfortable bed and lounge furniture. The property also has a small laundry that guests can use which is great if you are travelling around the country. Lots of places to eat in, get takeaway or do some grocery shopping for cooking in the cabin, are only 5-10 minutes away by car . Extremely peaceful and quiet as well at night. The staff are friendly and great, checking in every couple of days to see if we needed anything. Even came to check if we were all right after a wild storm moved through the town on our first night there. We totally recommend this beautiful place We will be back😁🥰

Cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, and the thought that went into ensuring that we had all the essentials, from a selection of tea bags and some good quality toiletries. A very enjoyable experience. Clearly, a lot of thought goes into ensuring your customers are looked after.

The only quibble we had was the distance to walk into town. That said, it only took us 20 minutes, but it was a bit further than anticipated. The views were stunning, especially watching the sun rise. Shame about the Bunnings development and the rest of the retail park, but I suppose that's what they call progress. Once they build these things, the previous views are lost forever...

Breakfast not included, however there are lovely cafes nearby offering breakfast, or you can bring your own supplies and use the well organised kitchenette in the room. Excellent bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed. An easy and calming space to stay in. Very clean and well looked after. Surrounded by beautiful native bush garden, adds to the peaceful feel. Highly recommend.

Personal preference - a more comfortable and larger sofa in the living room area. Its a good space to reflex in, just needs a really comfortable couch for 2 to settle into.

The apartment was immaculately presented, spotlessly clean with meticulous attention to detail, and the fact that the entire range of cleaning and bathroom products were by Ecostore was a definite plus point as I have sensitive skin and I love and use Ecostore products myself. I felt very at home in this apartment, loved the range of teas and the lighted scented candle upon entering was most welcoming. Beautiful furnishings. We loved the manicured lawns and landscaping too. We woke up the next day to see clouds below in the distance. Beautiful panoramic views. Good vantage point from Tui. My husband says we will stay here again and the next time we will relax by the fireplace! The self check-in and check-out was a breeze. A night's stay was too short!

Nothing bad to report!

It was great location with a nice view. The apartment is modern with a kitchen ( no oven , no dishwasher ) but laundry is available onsite with washing machines and dryer. Washing powder supplied. The manager met us on arrival at night. He was friendly and accommodating. Met his wife who was also friendly.

More outdoor lightings. It is pitch black at night.

Our hosts were really friendly. They came & introduced themselves to us & said if we needed anything to let them know. The construction work didn't affect us at all, however the host apologized for the inconvenience & gave us a gift. The unit was immaculate, modern & very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Breakfast/meals were not included with this booking but local cafes/restaurants were very convenient and provided excellent food. Self cooking was catered for in the well equipped kitchenette. The location of the property was set on an elevated plot amongst beautiful native bush - with the sound of native birdsong all day - it truly was a fabulous setting with immaculately cared for grounds. The studio apartment was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable with every appliance, cutlery and china available. There was a laundry and BBQ/outdoor cooking area available to use. All communication with the staff was immediately dealt with - our stay at this property was a holiday to remember and we will definitely recommend to family and friends visiting this region.

There were no problems or issues - our stay went without any hitches.

Lovely drive up, feels a bit luxury with the private driveway and lovely landscaping. Super friendly guests and team working. Really good atmosphere and quiet, super relaxing. Our room was 3, really nice studio style room, with a decent kitchen and lovely modern bright style. The kitchen is equipped perfectly for couples wanting a bit of a break - we loved the mugs and wine glasses! The TV pulls out so you can snuggle up in bed in front of a film. So ideal!

Only things I wasn’t keen on, the shower was pooling with water because there was heaps of hair in the drain, I pulled it out and it was fine after so I reckon just more regularly cleaning those drains out because hair shedding aha. The bed also was not the most comfortable, but I think that’s just personal preference for mattress and pillow comfort. The amenities are beautiful and it feels really luxury.

We absolutely loved this property and would have happily stayed longer. It’s clear that a great deal of care has gone into making each cabin a beautiful and comfortable place to spend time. Lots of thoughtful touches, including Valentine chocolate. And the views are spectacular. We’ve stayed at lots of places during this trip but this has been our favourite so far.
