Close to the beach, and a great restaurant . (The Cove). Staff were fantastic and everything in the unit was clean and smelt beautiful

The unit was like a cell, with high windows above the kitchen cupboards on one side, and a public path outside the ranch sliders on the other. Claustrophobic when the curtains were drawn. The couch was very uncomfortable. Booking on line costs 50% more, with 'extra' charges. 😒

This was the first time I was traveling with my 4 month old baby while my partner was somewhere else. At first I was nervous, it being just my baby and I, but that went away very fast. I felt very safe here. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, even offering a cott for my baby to sleep in. The rooms were immaculate, honestly so much nicer than I had expected. The shop is right next door and there's a great restaurant across the street. Even better yet, there's just a short walk down a private path right to the beach! Amazed at the prices. Would definitely recommend you stay here and I can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay here. It was private, it had all the amenities needed. The little outside deck was perfect for tanning. The bathroom was very spacious. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable also, i had asked for some cakes upon arrival as we were celebrating my partners bday and they had it set out as we entered the room...it was beautiful THANK YOU! The pool was refreshing and the late night spa pool was much needed. Thank you Waipu Cove for your great hospitality.

There was nothing i didn't like here

Loved that the beach was walking distance. The pool was heated . Spa pool was real relaxing, staff were very helpful with what ever i needed. Good dinning area outside to get together for a bbq. Rooms were very nice and tidy.

There was nothing i didnt like everything was worth the money i spent. Maybe just the nearest shops are 7kms away part from that everything was perfect.

The accommodation is right near the beach, close to a convenience store and a lovely restaurant across the road. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely seating area outside. Always a lovely place to stay!

A second-floor room looked straight through a bathroom window and into my room.

Close to the beach, great heated swimming pool and spa pool, friendly staff, close to the shop and Cove restaurant. Very comfy apartment. Great having an extra fridge and washing machine facilities. We had an amazing time, can't wait to come back!

Units were comfortable and well set up. Very clean and tidy. Resort is super handy to the beach and the general store and Cafe. Walking distance to all. Short distance to travel to Waipu Township where there are a good selection of eateries. Hosts were very friendly.

super place to stay situated close walk to waipu cove beach and dairy and restaurant cafe.Tranquil place relaxing lovely owner who was so polite and helpful.Lots of kitchen equipment and utensils if needing to cook arrived in to be told our one bedroom apartment we had booked had been upgraded to a two bedroom with a king size bed how cool was that right by poolside and reception parking located right outside our room absolutely lovely wifi excellent details clearly written on hotel firm in room and access code on back of key brilliant idea.Lauree bed all the beautiful art throughout the hotel area very detailed in our room and outside on each room doors and by the pool area.Really gave it a special touch well done.

Nothing we had everything we needed only one downfall which is expected in rural places mobile reception very weak to zero however wifi connection super strong.

Very clean and attractive looking. I stayed in a studio unit for one night. Had a nice small outdoor patio with table and two chairs.

If I were to be really picky, studio is too small to have a chair and table to eat off so you need to rely on good weather to use the small patio table

Spacious units, very close to the beach and local shops. Very clean and good facilities and information from lovely Rachel.

Parking was a a bit tight. Air conditioning would have been nice as the bedroom was a bit hot, but there was good air flow in the living area.
