We were in room 1 apartments. It was hard to tell by the photos but our room was excellent . It had honest reviews about cleanliness and we enjoyed our own space downstairs and upstairs with our own tvs. . Clean blankets, comfy beds and nice view upstairs. Carpark was easy to access from our room. Nice family at reception easy arrival and departure. Thank you. Bonus for hospo mum and step dad stopped by for a cuppa before heading back to their accoms nice relax together after a long day.

I stayed in one of the apartments (103) which had all the facilities I needed for the week including a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and it was quite private. The staff there were so nice and welcoming, thank you!

The smoke alarm was too sensitive that it picked up on the steam coming from the shower and it went off while I as in there however, staff were able to disable it for me.

We stayed here twice, first visit we did not have a good time due to the next door rooms but we were offered a free night back and it just made our last few days of our holiday awesome. We were upgraded to a really nice apartment, and it was just perfect, no hassle.

Our first stay, which we were placed in between, really inconsiderate stayers, with the noise after hours regardless of the warning.( To be fair, noise would start up once the night manager left. )There was also another incident in the other room after that. We were happy with management rectifying that.

Angela was awesome. Met us at reception and showed us to our cabin. She was nice, bubbly and super friendly. That's the kind if welcome you want. The cabin was clean, really comfy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and it had lots of extra warm blankets. It also had Sky TV which was awesome, and rare at accommodations these days. Overall a good stay.

The toilet/bathroom is up the narrow staircase across from the upstairs bedroom. This was ok, but wouldn't be any good for anyone who has a disability or trouble climbing stairs. Also, you have to pay extra for WiFi, and at $180 a night I reckon it should be BUT, the Sky TV made up for it and we didn't die without WiFi. Still a good place to stay though.

The customer service was the best part! The staff were super friendly & hospitable. I also like that the facilities were all in one location. The layout was awesome, with a couch, and music playing. Good vibes all around.

Some of the permanent residents here were up past quite hours drinking in the parking lot. Not cool. People are trying to sleep!

It’s not every day you come across such accommodating hosts and staff. We came in with a large boat trailer and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Hugely appreciated and their friendliness was the cherry on top. Added on an extra night to our visit. A fabulous place to stay, we’ll stay again if we’re lucky enough to do another trip

Nice small cabin that had the basics needed was good for just a night.

There was loads of plug sockets but could have helped to have them beside beds also the wifi kept cutting out. Would have helped to have cooking equipment such as baking trays in the main kitchen for those in cabins who don’t bring there own bits.

Good location. Cabin was clean. Bigger than I expected. Had a couch and even a sink with a microwave. Easy check in procedure - I was arriving late and the staff accommodated. Met one of the staff members - great service. Very warm and friendly. Shared bathroom/showers were also good. Well kept facility in a good location.

Not much really.

They had a TV in the room, which was very handy as the World Cup Rugby was happening those days. The room had loads of space, and there were facilities to make tea/coffee in the room itself. The room itself was clean and the car can be parked right outside, which was handy.

Th washrooms and shower facilities could be better, but they did inform us that those facilities are going to be renovated soon.

The bathrooms and showers were so clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and around the site to help out if needed. The mattress in our cabin was great and we had a quiet night and slept well.

The sofa was a bit big in our tiny space- but not a big issue.
