Friendly service. Very Clean accommodation.

Saturday night the people in the next room were very noisy the whole night. Continuous Banging on the walls, loud music throughout the entire night. NO FAULT OF the motel management. If there was a ph in the room I would have rung management to let them know. It was too late for me to walk down stairs to report it. But I would definitely go back there to stay.

Can always count on Burgundy Rose (Robbie)to accommodate our fur baby

I feel because we make sure we leave our accommodation clean,every time we stay that the cost of our pet could be a little less in cost. I understand that not all people show the same consideration,but we do every time we stay and where we go.Would be nice to be considered for those of us who are clean with our fur babies.

Enjoyed the comfortable beds and available heating in the room. Were recommended by daughter and family who had stayed two weeks prior. Were very happy with our stay and the help re using the TV from lady in office. (Lovely smile and happy 😊)

Not enough power points. Cleaner needs to use toothbrush around shower window to eliminate the mould. Also around the hot plate. (This is because I have been a cleaner that I notice these things. Not meaning to be critical. Just for the benefit of ratings).

Appreciated Burgandy Rose..If there are people who go to Burgandy Rose so you can have your fur babies stay,please make sure that before you leave your area is always left spotless,so that this motel can and will continue to accommodate us and our pets💜 Thanks in advance...

Me and my partner have stayed here a few times now, and it's 1. we will always kinda check out first, as it's good for the price. Staff are amazing. They always go above and beyond to make sure they can accommodate our wants and needs. Dairy right across the road, close to town.

Unsure as I stayed a while ago.

This was the second time our group stayed at Burgundy. It's handy to town and great price. Always great service. Our shower was great!

No air-conditioning - can get pretty hot over the summer period. Other than that, pretty happy with everything else.

Location brilliant for us going to hockey turf

No leisure seating. Small lounge sofa or chair would be good. . Bed could do with new mattress or topper pad as felt springs

No issues with our stay at all. Like the close proximity to town, main road and shopping amenities. Sky TV etc etc Friendly manager, both units were clean and suited our purpose for coming up to Whangarei

Again no issues with the establishment. Very happy with our stay.

Staff was friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected because we wanted to drop off our trailer before exploring the town. They allowed us which meant that we were able to use more than the allocated car spaces. Located across the road from a handy little dairy. Facilities were fine. Value for money. Will stay here again

The room on the end doesn’t get very good signal from the wifi. But we didn’t mind the detox from our phones/ laptops

Liked it because we cud have our dog stay with us.owner is friendly and polite too customers our 2nd time staying there.

Clean towels on the second day wuda been nice .wasn't a big problem
