Easy parking. Great view if you have a balcony on the front. Staff were lovely. Apologised the restaurant was closed. Suggested local cafe (don’t bother. Promise waffles and a scoop of yoghurt for a kings ransom). How we local members club, open to all, had amazing food overlooking. Harbour.

My room overlooked the petrol station. Literally above it. Asked to twin beds. That was not available. So she sofa bed. Had I known before. I’d have booked for balcony room which also had sofa bed. Fire alarm went off so we lost a hour by the pool in the sunshine. It kept going off so we eventually left the building.

Staff were helpful and accommodating as we were a group of 5 friends staying together and they split the king beds up to singles for us and made up a pullout couch which was very comfortable. Gave us extra blankets and key tags. We had adjoining rooms and they were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Only one shower in the adjoining rooms but it was a good big one. Being winter the restaurant didn’t open till 8.30 so we had to go elsewhere. Otherwise no other complaints.

Love the position, room overlooking the Marina. The pool. The COLOURFUL painted building. We are artists and so really appreciate this.

Just very disappointed the restaurant wasn't open.Last time we stayed we dined there And the food and staff were incredible. But we will be back .The receptionist on duty when we arrived kindly booked us in to Snapper Rock restaurant walking distance But they had run out of fish so we left and walked to the fishing club along the way and had a great meal of fish and lovely wine

We had the less beautiful view this visit (our choice) but the room was just as spacious, comfortable and well laid out as our last visit in 2022. Bed was lovely, shower great, lovely choice of shampoo, conditioner etc. Easy access to rooms and the availability of an on site cafe/restaurant was a lovely bonus - nothing like sitting in the morning sun with a great coffee and a muffin ! The location is superb and gives great access and the location means you can easily walk to 3 different restaurants if you dont want ot eat at the hotel.

I wasn't aware (probably my fault) that rooms weren't cleaned or bins emptied each day, I have often been given the option to opt out of this service but did ask that bins be emptied which was done with no issue.

Spacious, adjoining rooms which was a perfect setting for a family of 5 - 1 room with a double (and a sofa bed) and 1 with 2 singles and a sofa bed and plenty of room to spare! Great location and the communication in the lead up with the hotel was fantastic as we arrived after hours. We wished we stayed longer and highly recommend.

Wonderful view of the marina. It was a great base to explore the area with some lovely restaurants in walking distance. There was parking and it was nice and quiet! The room was spacious and comfy!

The water was gross and you didn’t feel clean but they did say there was a drought on while we stayed. And probably why the pool was closed!

Room was great - loved the big, openable window allowing the afternoon sun to pour in. Location especially good if you are here to dive or boat. Proximity to Ngunguru and the bays further North is a bonus

It will be great when the restaurant opens next month, although there are several easy close options just along the front. Nothing I didn't like!

The room was large and clean with great views. Bathroom was very good and recently renovated. Very comfortable couch. Easy parking on site and is free. Comfortable beds and pillows. Laundry on site

Staff could be just a bit more enthusiastic and welcoming

2bd/2ba apartment was spacious. Full kitchen and laundry were useful (the onsite market is pretty well stocked). Furniture (sofa, bed) was comfortable. Perfect location for catching a boat to visit Poor Knight’s Islands. There were four places w/i walking distance to eat out. Quiet.

Only one bathroom has a shower and that one is accessed from one of the bedrooms. Therefore, everyone in the apt has to go into that bedroom to use the shower. All three rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that face a patio and the pool area (in three days we only saw one person out there). The windows do not have sheer curtains, just blackout. So, no daytime privacy and natural light.

Location good. We have stayed here many times over the years and we just love it. Dana on Reception was so nice, friendly and helpful.

The fact that we tried calling the Hotel itself re car parking and an arrival time with no reply to our calls! One occasion was put down to a technical fault on the lines, or so we were told. Not sure about the reason on the two other calls? We did let the Receptionist know.
