Great location, walking distance to conference venue. Easy to find. So clean, it felt like I was the first person ever to use the room it was so clean. Extremely comfortable. Recliner chairs were a luxury in a motel. Was so nice. Free access to netflicks. Spacious bathroom really nice shower. Bed was so comfortable. The room was serviced every day, clean towels and sparkling clean every evening when I returned. Everything I needed. I felt very well looked after.

There was nothing I didn't like worth mentioning On the first morning there was only decafinated coffee, I guess they had forgotten to top up the real stuff on the last turn around or something but honestly they were so helpful all I would have had to do was ask and they would have brought some over.

All facilities look renovated, new and quite happy to stay. Compact unit for 4 members of family including young children. Especially Spa is one of the best. Good location for our needs.

All was good but I met the worst neighbor. Gosh, they did spa from 1pm to almost 3pm. Feel like to crazy and wanted shout out!!! You are not only paid money to stay.. But I did not call the reception...TT My husband swapped bed from the room to lounge. What a night! Otherwise all was above 9!

One of the Mink blanket had a yucky texture on it like food or water had dropped on it . I didn't trust sleeping in it. The other mink blanket and bedding felt very clean. The shower was sprayed out of the shower when the door was open so the floor slippery

Very clean and comfortable unit, perfect for us. Close to amenities and great location for our needs. Unit was furtherest back from the road so no road noise etc. Comfy seats and beds. Modern feel to the unit and lovely shower and bathroom.

The only thing is the TV is above a single bed, that would have made me nervous if I needed to sleep under the TV. No identified parking spot but the host advised could park anywhere up that end of the property.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and today and modern. Loved the shower over the spa bath and shower head has different modes! Lovely staff. Location is perfect - close to town and right on the expressway. Highly recommend. No smoking area but smoking allowed outside the room (as long as doors and window closed and not impeding neighbours).

Room was very clean and comfortable. I stayed in the 1 bedroom unit and it suited my needs. 2 x Smart TVs. Spa bath. And they tidied up the kitchen and changed my towels every day. Great service

Missed my own pillow - the motels pillows a bit to round and firm. Only improvement that could be made would be to offer nice shampoo and conditioner instead of all in one body wash.

The property was absolutely convenient and room was super clean and new. We reached early and the manager was amazing to give us a free upgrade with spa. The spa was absolutely the highlight of our long vacation and this was the best room to stay in out of all that we stayed so far. Thank you so much BK’s Pohutukawa for amazing experience

Clean, spacious one bedroom apartment, with spa bath, comfortable bed, smart tv, air con. Friendly staff and easy location to city center. Excellent parking right outside the apartment door. Recommend to others. I'd happily stay again.

The space outside of the bedroom window could do with a revamp, but it definitely didn't take away from our stay.

Beautiful location. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The studio we were in was very clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable. Quest Laundry was amazing. Overall, it was convenient and has everything we need during our two nights stay. We would definitely visit this place again in the future. Highly recommended.

I have stayed before, the room was nice, clean and a good size I didn’t request a room at the opposite end of the road, however the noise was not to bad On my next visit, I will ask for a rear unit Lots of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate

We had two adults and one almost 5 yo, I am sure if I asked Owen he would have provided a couple more body wash, bubble bath and shampoo as the one bottle of each soon disappeared It was also good to have netflicks as sky movies were not available
