The units are exceptional, very classy and comfortable, heaps of space and well performing WiFi

Kitchen doesn't support cooking meals, just reheating & coffee, tea etc (but with an attached restaurant and being so close to Matakana & Warkworth re other restaurants / takeaways you don't need this anyway). 1st world issue: Thought the media center system connected to the TV was cumbersome (bad UI) and slow to operate - fortunately had bought our own unit as was our 3rd stay!

Second visit to Plume and fabulous stay as always. Had a beautiful two bedroom villa with a lovely rural view. Location is quiet and safe and close to Matakana and local restaurants. Enjoyed swimming in the on-site pool which is a comfortable temperature and immaculately clean. Thank you again Denise and Nick for another lovely break away from home!

Nothing, that is why I come back!

We stayed in a lovely two bedroom villa which was spacious, very clean and quiet, overlooking the gardens and rolling hills. A deck off the lounge area provide a relaxing spot to enjoy a glass or two of their delicious complimentary sparkling wine. The villa has a good kitchenette. We enjoyed our first stay so much we decided to book another two nights on our return trip to Auckland a week later. We were warmly welcomed each time by the wonderful and efficient managers, Denise and Nick who provided great tips about what to see around the area. Highly recommend Plume Villas and hope to return soon.

Nothing not to like but will plan ahead next time as unfortunately our stay didn’t coincided with the on-site restaurant opening hours.

Location, accessibility, lay out. This venue was perfect for our circumstances. We need accessible accommodation with wheelchair friendly facilities. Plume was the best venue we have EVER stayed in - world wide. Cannot rate them high enough.

Everything was grand

We liked the unexpected little luxuries such as a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, finding bottled water at every bedside, a coffee maker with pods, etc. Plume Villas also had the most comfortable bed, and their linen was so crisp and white. In fact, every part of the accommodation was ultra clean and properly laid out. We really enjoyed our overnight stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

None at all. This is a beautiful place to stay at. If not, the best.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. When I booked my villa I advised Plume that I have difficulty walking so Denise gave me one of their villas for disabled people. The villa was immaculate and spacious. The bathroom was amazing and had a pull down seat which I used when showering. .

The Villas are perfect for a weekend away of holiday. Very comfortable with some living space, and outdoor area to sit. And also not directly next to other rooms. So spaced out across the property. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Probably just thought the room rate was slightly on the high side for what we thought was not peak season. But that would be the only and very slightly negative point to note. Otherwise a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Spacious, clean villa with all the amenities I could think of and beautiful views! Added plus points were the pool and lovely leisure walk. It is also very close to Matakana village and Brick Bay

Nothing I didnt like

I booked the Kiwi Villa for 6 people and it was fabulous. Lovely big bedrooms for everyone and a separate bathroom for each room. Loved the deck off each of the rooms and beautiful views. The lounge/dining area was great - plenty of room for the 6 of us (especially as the weather was wet and we couldn't enjoy the lovely outdoor deck area).
