Studio was spacious and had everything in order. Convenient nearby bus stop for bus to the airport. Shopping also.

It would have been nice to have some shower gel/shampoo. The hand soap was there but it’s too harsh for body care.

TotalApartments was an excellent choice for our stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. Despite being close to everything, the place was wonderfully quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was very convenient, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably. From cookware to utensils, nothing was missing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend TotalApartments to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay

The only small downside was that the mattress was a bit too soft for my preference, but that’s just a personal opinion. My travel buddy was happy about that.

There was no breakfast offered (not a problem). It was a fair walk from the city centre, not easy to find at night but we did manage with the help of a local lady. Once found the location was acceptable but with activities running at specific times it was necessary to allow sufficient time to get to pick up points. The room was very functional with everything required if you wanted to self cater (we didn't need it). It was very clean neat and tidy.

Directions to the apartment, perhaps a decent map and the route marked. The stairs with heavy cases are not easy for people in their mid - late 70's.

Convenient location: close to city center without being in the very heart of the city center (less noise & tourists). Bus stop was quite close. Nice view from the room where the port and the mountain could be seen (even if a building was blocking a bit the view over the mountain). One night, we could even see northern lights from the window :-) Small terrace/wide balcony with table and chair. Washing liquid provided for the washing machine.

The oven and some of the kitchenware were really dirty! No coffee machine (a pity for such a nice place). No soap. Be aware that there are stairs to access the first floor (no elevator).

Excellent location, close to restaurants and shop, and the view was beautiful with the houses, the sea, and the Storsteinen mountain. If the weather is good and very much lucky, you could see the northern lights just by looking out the window or going outside to the front of the property. Just like what we experienced. The kitchenette was nice, all appliances worked well and dining and cooking wares were available. Heater worked great as well.

A part of the flooring creaked whenever we walked on it. No shower gel and shampoo, but handwash soap was available. No soap rack in the shower so you will have to open the shower door to get your soap and shampoo bottles. Check-out time was too early at 10 AM. No bathroom mat. No drying rack as well, contrary to what it was said in the property page.

During my stay at the apartments, I had a great experience. Even though there was no staff on-site, the hosts were very helpful. They stayed in touch through Booking.com and sent all the information I needed before I arrived. There was also a clear instruction guide in the room, which made everything easy. The room was very clean and well-prepared, making the stay comfortable. The location was also excellent. The apartments were close to the city center, a nice viewpoint, and it was just a short walk to cross the bridge. This made it easy to explore the area on foot. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Not even a small bottle of water, or an envelope of tea or coffee or something in the fridge. Simply professional work without human contact...

Stayed at the room for a single person for a whole week in December and i really enjoyed my stay there. The room is on the first floor and it was clean, spacious, and most importantly heated. Its position is really convenient: only 10/15 mins walk from downtown (5mins to the bus stop where you can take the transports to the city/airport), in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, and close to a couple pretty places where you can have breakfast and lunch/dinner (which do not require booking ahead) . I am glad i chose this apartment instead of the hotels in the city for a few reasons: 1- for a week, price-wise it is a deal and you get more e than enough space for 1 2- the neighbourhood's streets are way easier to walk because it gets "cleaned" on a regular, as opposed to what you get downtown. Tromso was rainy the last couple days i was there and i did NOT have spikes, walking downtown was a struggle, that's where most of the snow is and it gets very slippery. 3- if you plan on walking the bridge, well it is just down the road, and if you want to take a quick look outside and see the Aurora you can. 4- more than enough POWER SOCKETS for your devices, although there was no "=" USA plug. JUST A HEADS UP: - toilet & kitchen paper, shampoo, toothbrush, scissors, slippers, water in the fridge are NOT provided. But you can buy them at a grocery store nearby, Joker. - Unless you request and pay extra for cleaning, there won't be any during your stay there. If you have tours planned: - i found no issue following an early schedule starting from here - if you finish late and realize you have to buy something, you can have a quick trip to 7eleven, it's a 24h grocery store downtown Would gladly come back!

Very good Apartments. Get the ocean view for a few euros more, is worth it! You also have balcony. Although you never meet a human the service works really good via messages and codes to open the door locks.

I am not giving 5 stars because the kitchen could have been more equipped. In terms of forks: there was literally only 1. The cleaning could have been also a bit better, when we arrived we found dishes inside the machine (clean) and a rest of chips under the fridge door.

Very functional and spacious, exactly like the photos. Good appliances - although I did not use any them. Self check in and communication were super easy and smooth. Located 10min away from downtown and there is also a bus stop just a few steps away that takes you anywhere, including from/to airport (line 42) which is very convenient.

No elevator. When I arrived the apt smelled like food, probably because the previous guest had cooked something, I wish the place had been properly aired beforehand.
