Staff were very helpful, the night security man called our tour company when they forgot to pick us up! Garden area and bar nice to chill in and offered activities. Also held our bags while canyon treking and great banana bread on sale for early morning snacks!

A 50% charge for early check in at 6 am seemed a bit much when I'd already paid a few dollars to check in at 11 am and there were empty rooms, maybe not a good choice if arriving early from overnight bus. The cheaper rooms with shared bathroom rooms were a bit noisy, thin walls and bathroom door slamming. Private bathroom was very peaceful though.

Beautiful property and lovely rooms. I stayed in both a dorm and private room and both were really amazing for the price. the Dorm rooms had a lot of personal space and privacy curtains, it felt like being in your own room. The private room was also beautiful and amazing for the price. The pool and outdoor space is lovely.

Despite being advertised as a social hotel, it was very quiet. I think more organization from staff for activities and socializing would have helped. It was raining my entire stay in arequipa and there is not any covered space at the bar or restaurant so I didn’t get to enjoy to space very much. If it’s raining there is nowhere really to mingle and meet other travellers as the bar will be wet and empty.

The common faciltitiea and the backyard are just amazing, especially if you have a day off in Arequipa and want to just relax. It has a great vibe, the staff is nice, there are sunbeds availableamd you can have have drinks/food at the bar. Out of all the hotels we staid in Peru - this one we enjoyed the most. It is also a mix of a hostel and hotel vibe, which I very much appreciate as it allows you to meet other people

Nothing for me personally. For a light sleeper, you just need to be aware that they play music at the bar, sometimes have concerts - but for us it really was not an issue :)

The pool / bar / garden common areas are really nice, and are the reason why the higher price is justified. Lots of hammock, treehouse, lounge chair options. Breakfast is pretty good (pancakes are good!) but not always very good value for money. The shared bathroom rooms have access to a locked bathroom (single shower, sink, toilet) which is shared with other double rooms, which we thought was a good system. WiFi works well in the room and common areas.

Not the best value for money considering the room is not en-suite, but the common areas make up for it.

The whole site of Selina is beautiful designed and many creative details are added to the garden. It intvites for relxing after a tour or day in tje city. Although we couldnt attend any offerings we want to highlight the many offerings of courses, games and activites, that creates a good athmosphere and connects the guests. The staff was friendly and helped for planning tours also offering breakfast to go after pre-ordering.

The bathroom was ok, but we have seen betters in this price category (no window, very basic, no hairdryer) For the room in total a bit more storage area would be nice.

Lovely little hotel close to town centre. It has everything you including pool, bar and shop. Rooms are clean, a little basic but no problems. We booked the couples massage and oh my god!!! Was incredible! In fact it was so good we booked another session.

Nothing really, breakfast could have offered more on the menu but this isn't really a problem.

The dorm rooms had their own bathrooms in the room which was handy and nice privacy curtains. The outdoor breakfast area and pool area was lovely to chill in every morning. Their tours were keenly priced compared to others in the area too.

I booked one extra night and they tried to say breakfast wasn't included in the rate but when I asked manager to check he agreed to do so, so was resolved easily.

The pool and chilling area is the best. My room felt like home. Free ypga class every morning! People actually talked to each other, which is not usual at Selina. The staff was also very nice, also not usual at Selina. Also the tours are the same price as with agencies which is great and also unusual.

I would add more free water. I saw some people asking for it at the bar at the end of my stay, didn't know it's possible. At the reception is just a small jar so you feel guilty when you want to refill your bottle.

I had a great stay, the hostel.has a great vibe and staff is very friendly. They went out of their way when I had to change my bookings multiple times due to an accident and hospitalization, stored my luggage and changed breakfast bookings as well. The pool area and yoga space are very nice and I will definetely be back!

This is the most beautiful hostel I’ve stayed in. The pool and all common areas are really lovely and the 4 bed dorms are super spacious. Shower was amazing - hot and good pressure, such a treat! Staff are all kind and helpful and everything was well organised for check in/out.

The only minor issue was it’s really warm in the dorms to the extent it was hard to sleep, I’m not sure if they are heated
