I love the staff! They are super accomodating and helpful especially with housekeeping. I left my medication and they went out of their way to have it delivered to me. Everyone is super friendly and warm. We like that it's walking distance to Mall of Asia and other restaurants.

The room feels humid and almost feel like it's moist with a musty smell... I think it because it's an old facility. The lights will sometimes work and sometimes it doesn't. There's no bidet in the restroom, the restaurant charges a lot for a not so good food when we tried the breakfast we didn't went back to other meal time because we were not impressed with our initial experience.

Good location, only 20 min walk to the Mall of Asia. The hotel offers a complimentary driving service to there. Airport only about 20 min by taxi away, the staff help to order one. The swimming pool is huge and nice. Very good and yummy breakfast with a lot of choices.

The room needs renovation, furnitures look old. And especially the bathroom and bath tube should be renovated/exchanged

There are a few disadvantages to this hotel, but they are outweighed by the amazing staff. From the moment I arrived they were the best I’ve encountered and did everything they could to make my stay pleasant. In particular, the catering and room service staff Joerick and Jarod looked after me very well. They even got the chef to make me a special vegetarian meal. Overall, the room was comfortable, even though the fixtures and decorations are tired. But everything worked correctly, especially the air conditioning, and with the amazing staff this all added up to a comfortable stay.

The building is old-fashioned and is in a slightly edgy part of the city. But there is good security and safe travel via app Grab or hotel shuttle bus

It is a good place to stay, if you are staying about one night stop in Manila. It so close to the airport, clean & comfortable beds. Good breakfast ( some comments about not good buffet) it’s good do not worry. Easy to find, nice lobby, very helpful staff at front disk, good 4 elevators working perfect & has a card key sensor ( no one can touch the console without a keycard ( security issue) , towels some of them are old ( but really so white & clean). I stayed at a room in the 6th floor, it is big & clean( the TV. Is only 8 channels HBO only). The toilet is up to a 4 star hotel. No casino there yet ( yes it is located in the ground floor..!! But still they working on it almost ready, but I think it might be working on April 2025, maybe ( not sure but it was from my point of view). But, as I said it is good for short stay, because I prefer to stay at makati area for longer stay.

The carpet, in my room 602 it is 60% clean.!! But if it washed it is going to be super. The hotel ( they must..!!Check the towels, some of it must be replaced even though they are very clean but so old & not up to the standards of millilim brand hotels chain. TV . Must get variety of channels, what only 8 channels.?? This is not heritage standard. Some times, a little noise from airplane takeoff or landing depending on , your sense to noise ( for me it is not a big issue) was sleeping like a baby,do not worry it is not a big deal.

The staff was extremely welcoming and polite all the way through my stay. The food was quite good as well. The free shuttle to the Mal of Asia is a great bonus, as it allows me to visit the mal and its surroundings for free.

The bathroom in my room had an issue. The bathtub was a bit weird to operate, and the water plug was also a bit faulty and didn't work right sometimes, so the tub would flood if I didn't stop the water. The pool wasn't always very clean, even during first thing in the morning, and barely anyone was in the area. Although the food was good, it was also a bit pricey. The breakfast also had a problem in my opinion, that you would need to ask the staff to bring you beverages like coffee or tea, you couldn't make it yourself during the morning buffet, so you can imagine how long it takes to wait for your coffee when the restaurant is full. The location of the hotel wasn't the greatest either. It was next to a 3 lane road, meaning it was quite dangerous to go anywhere by foot.

We loved our stay in Heritage Hotel because of the following reasons: 1. We got an upgrade of our reserved room to a suite room. It was cozy, the temperature was just right; 2. When we opened the television, there was a personalised WELCOME MESSAGE for me. It was indeed a PLEASANT SUPRISE;. KUDOS to the IT team of the Heritage Hotel. You have made your customer feel special. 2. The food which was a room delivery was great and on time for tired and starving persons like us who just arrived from an international flight; 3. We got the breakfast which was just right for the amount. The variety was good enough. 4. Reception staff, IT Staff, kitchen staff who received my order, food delivery staff, and dining area staff were pleasant and attentive to our needs. All in all, it was an excellent customer experience. This was not my first time to stay in Heritage Hotel. In my last vacation early part of 2024, we also stayed in this hotel which we enjoyed our free trip to Mall of Asia.

There is only one area for improvement, and that is the lack of bedit in the toilet.

My colleague and I appreciated services served at the hotel the most. All staffs were welcoming and had a great service mind. The food was good with various of choices. Also, the location of the hotel was great with a walkable range to access to many tourist attractions and public transportations.

Although the hotel provided great services with great city views, some electric outlets in the room were not functioned, and we need to relocate to common areas to connect electricity. It would be great if hotel could maintain its effeciency in the futre.

Accessible place to stay the location near to MOA and pasay bus terminal. Ms lea allowed us to check in early supposed to be 2pm she offered us upgrade the room but we hesitate at first and for the second time Mr. Nico offered us again to upgrade the room which is the club king room it’s newly renovated. We got the best room. Moreover the buffet food was great lots of options to choose, staff are friendly. Ma’am Flor was there when we check in and check out and she was amazing very approachable and friendly to us she loves our babies 🥰. Heritage hotel is one of our top hotel to stay in manila. Definitely will book there again.

The Heritage Hotel Manila was absolutely fantastic. The property itself is beautiful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional guest service—perfectly executed from start to finish. As a hotelier myself, I can confidently say their training programs are strong and clearly maintained across the entire team. It shows. The food was very good, and the small touches made all the difference. On the morning of our departure, I wasn’t feeling well, and my husband asked if he could take some toast up to the room for me. Not only did they say yes, they went above and beyond—delivering two plates with a variety of toast, pastries, and a perfect croissant. It was exactly what I needed without even asking. Communication was clear, thoughtful, and seamless that started before we even arrived and carried throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality in Manila. 🌟

If I had to pick something, it would be the bed and pillows. The mattress was extremely firm—not my personal preference—and the pillows were the opposite, with little to no support. Honestly, they were the only thing that felt a bit “budget” in an otherwise well-appointed hotel. But hey, beds are a tough one… you can’t make everyone happy.

Great location. Close to restaurants, public transport, ATMs and shops. The Mall of Asia is only a 10 minutes drive and there is a free shuttle 5 times a day. The room was spacious with plenty of storage options and clean. The bed was comfortable with choice of pillows. Staff were courteous and helpful. The basement gym was well-equipped and excellent.

Breakfast had a wide range of options, but very little for vegetarians - even the bean stew had pork added (why??). Shocking to see no bidet/toilet spray in the bathroom, which even 3-star hotels in the Philippines provide. The shower is of very old design with a single control for water and temperature, so you can have either a trickle of cold water or a flood of not very hot water. Needs modernisation. The lobby bar serves drinks at expensive prices, but offers only peanuts with them - the cheapest nuts in the market and the one with most allergies for people - and nothing else.
