Staying at this property was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by an immaculate environment that immediately made us feel at home. The level of cleanliness was impeccable, and it's clear that Janet, the owner, takes immense pride in maintaining this high standard. What truly sets this property apart is the owner's extraordinary attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay, from the well-appointed rooms to the thoughtful amenities, was carefully curated to enhance our experience. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Situated right in the heart of the city, we had easy access to everything we needed. Bed is super comfortable, very little outside noise ensuring a great peaceful nights sleep. A must try is the Wildflour Cafe just around the corner - superb breakfast sets you up for the day. If you're seeking a spotlessly clean, meticulously designed, and ideally located accommodation with a personal touch, look no further. We would have no hesitation in returning.

Just one small point - the modern ceiling light fixture is quite low, anyone around 6'5" might not clear the lightbulbs!

Parksuites is in an excellent location a couple walk to Uptown mall and more. The unit was clean, comfortable and had good kitchen and rest rooms along with cable tv. Hot water and shower were good and bed was comfortable.

My unit had low batteries in the tv remote. I had to buy some then no issues. There were no extra trash bags either. Elevators take awhile to get to you but then go fast. Pool was too cold.

It’s the cleanest condo I rented. It’s very well maintained.

Parking area. To those who are planning to rent any condo here in Uptown Parksuites BGC, you need to talk to the owner of the condo because the parking area here is reserved only to the residents of the property. Anyways, an overnight parking is available near the property but you need to shell out around P600 for overnight parking.

The location is perfect! There’s a mall infront and behind the property! You can easily walk around or take a taxi! It’s so clean and pretty. It has everything you need for a short stay- and specious enough for a couple! The property also gives clean instructions to ensure your stay is easy and convenient.

Loved everything

This is a perfect location! Suite has everything you need for short or extended stay including washer/dryer! Grocery store right next door with amazing coffee! The staff was also friendly and always has a smile!

Suite is clean and organized. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. It was an easy check in and check out. Prompt response from the owner.

No closet and drawers or counter space to put some stuff away. But other than this it was a pleasant stay.

Great central location. Super clean and included amenities like washer and dryer.

I didn't like how building staff collected garbage every few hours and would knock on your door loudly shouting "garbage collection!". It was like a jump scare throughout the day

Very clean and fully equipped miniapartment with living and dining room spaces. The condo is also very elegant, with 2 pools and at 5 minutes walking from grocery, bars, restaurants, mall.

Shower is large but rest of bathroom is a bit small.

The unit is very clean. I asked for an iron and a board and Ms Janet was very very helpful. She even bought me a new one. Thanks Ms Janet. The unit is good enough for a longer stay. I will definitely going back.

Curtains/ window blinds should be more darker ,sunlight wakes you up😊,it would lbe more useful if they include instructions how to use the appliances (washing machine) thank you.
