The room was very spacious and well appointed. Bed was enormous. The location is absolutely fantastic. Only a few minutes to the major sites of the city. Short taxi ride to the bus and train station was absolutely worth it for the convenience of walking outside the hotel and being within a few minutes to the palace, park, town square with loads of restaurants and bars etc. The breakfast at the hotel was very very good.

Do not have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The meal we were served there was so bad we went out to the supermarket afterwards to buy a bread roll and tomato partly for something edible and partly to get the taste of fat out of our mouths. The meat served (it was supposed to be pork) was at least sixty percent fat and was swimming in extra fat for sauce. If we had been in our own country we would have sent it back to the kitchen. I was not looking forward to breakfast after that, but strangely, the breakfast was great.

Cosy rooms with the balcony and great view to the church. Pleasant people. Variety of breakfast buffet - warm and cold dishes to choose. There is a parking space by hotel free of charge during weekends but also hotel has underground parking for additional payment.

Time to time hotel has parties and loud music might be heard. Its announced after booking and also airplugs are provided in the room.

Where do I start 🤔 Everything was fantastic. Great room with the balcony 👌 Outstanding location Very comfortable bed. Staff at the reception were delighted to help you with all your requests . When in Bialystok, I will only stay at Esperanto Hotel. You are getting more than a value for your money. You are getting the best experience ever that you will share with your family and friends 🧡

My only concern was lack of a safe.

Great breakfast buffet & enjoyed dinner at the restaurant (super tartar!). The location was outstanding; a couple minutes walk to Branicki Palace & the market square. The staff was helpful & friendly. A few people told us "you can see all you need to see in Bialystok in a day", but we stayed as Hotel Esperanto for five days & it served us well as HQ for a super holiday!

We stopped on our way home and hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all, we got possibility to park our car at the secured garage (which was important to us), secondly, hotel is in central location, easy to walk to city center. Hotel receptionist (if not mistaken, Wiktoria), was friendly and helpful. We got room at the 4th floor, with nice balcony and good view to church. Room really comfortable, good in size and we even found telescope in our room to watch starts :) really one of the best hotels, that we have stayed in Poland. Well equipped, with small minibar, water bottles, decent bathroom toiletries.

Nothing.

Hotel is in great location, everything is walkable distance. Room was big and clean with beautiful view from window. Gorgeous breakfast, even vegetarians have their choice and I’m very thankful for that.

I can’t say anything bad about hotel, but we stayed on weekends and there’s some club next to hotel, so you can hear music and people talking and laughing, I guess in weekdays it’s quiet.

Oh boy this place is a jewel. With double the price they would be worth the money. Everything working perfect, smack middle of a beautiful city, hard to understand how this place is in this price range. Gourmet breakfast with anything you can hope for available.

Let's just say parking costs extra. There really isn't anything to complain about.

I definitely recommend it, the rooms are great (minibar, coffee, tea, teapot), the breakfast is delicious, a variety of choices, cozy environment. The city center is nearby, the Branicki Palace is also nearby.

The location is perfect, all attractions are nearby. The room is quite large and has a mini bar, kettle and tea/coffee, plus 2 complimentary bottles of water (renewed every day). The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and cheese plates, different drink options). We were checked out early and the staff packed a takeaway breakfast (sandwiches, tomatoes, pears, yogurts, water). The front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

It was a bit cold in the room.

The room was big, equipt with everything you could need even tea, coffee, and an electric kettle. No slippers, unfortunately. The room had a slight vintage furniture touch, which was nice - not quite the regular ''hotel'' design room. The bed was big and felt quite used, but still comfortable. As winter is coming, I was able to regulate the radiators to adjust the room temperature to my liking. There was also a large heater rack to dry towels and heat the bathroom in general. The personnel was friendly and answered all our questions. The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was superb. In general, I hate cottage cheese, but they managed to deliver (probably) the only cottage cheese pancakes that I will ever like. We tried the restaurant in the evening as well. The waiters speak English and provided us with an English menu. We tried the Set of steaks. They brought it on a hot pan and we could witness the steak self-finishing the cooking process from medium rare to well done and it was delicious in the end. The restaurant is a must if you stay at this hotel.

There was a big-ass white stain on the bead mattress at the head level, which quite irritated me, but as I was so tired from the drive I just tried to ignore it. But other than that the room was spotless. The ventilation in the bathroom was bad, if the ventilator is not rolling then the smell of chlorine comes into the air. Small maintenance fixes were also needed for the shower head. Also, the sink was almost clogged.
