The hotel was very clean the staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good everything was extremely well presented. We had water in our rooms the shower was very good heating was excellent we would have preferred some better toileteries like shower gel etc. but that was not a big problem at all. The towels were very clean but old and tired looking. The food served to us for dinner was excellent very good quality and it was provided very willingly at short notice. The breakfast selection was excellent scrambled eggs and pancakes freshly made and served to our table which included a traditional Polish breakfast buffet which was very good.

nothing at all except that the towels and toileteries could have been better. that was not a problem at all . one more point was that the address on booking.com is not correct. It is always better to give a better description of the location as google maps was not able to pick it up and we had to call the hotel for the exact direction. They were extremely helpful and it worked out ok

Whole place has lots of new amenities around and it’s very pleasant to stay.

The only thing I was missing was a place where can you go and relax like a bar. To have a beer or some cocktail. The rest was excellent.

Tha beds were very comfortable, the staff was super polite, the room was quite big, the breakfast was good

I think its qiute a minimum to expect that the staff has basic english( like able to say: hi, hello, goodbye, breakfast is at seven, no restaurant, credit card etc.) The room was super loud, i could hear everything feom the neighbour room, plus i think it wasnt necessary to Put someone there, because the hotel was basically empty The breakfast was quite expensive
