I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location—right in the city center, with everything just a short walk away: restaurants, cafes, landmarks, and public transport. The hotel was super easy to find, even after a long day of travel. If you’re driving, you’ll be happy to know they offer a paid parking lot nearby, which made things stress-free. It’s a huge plus in a city where parking can be tricky! Inside, the vibe was calm, clean, and secure. I always felt safe, even coming back late in the evening. The staff was another highlight—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to checkout. Whether I needed directions or a dinner recommendation, they were ready with a smile. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s convenient, comfortable, and hassle-free, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice and helpful in helping us with our questions. The room was spacious and modern and also the bathroom having blower and magnifying mirror. Room had both iron and iron mat. Small refrigerator and a coffee pot are available in the room. A big smart TV also is there. We had a a problem with shower drain and it was handled immediately. Location is amazing from the airport AP bus station is in a less than 5 minute walk. 5 minutes walk to get to the center and old city.Self laundry service just adjacent to the hotel and there is a lot of parking places and also the hotel has a parking lot. Parking is not free both in the city and the hotel.

The shower was small and the water flow was small so the experience felt tight in water and space. There were no shower assortments just and overall soap gel in the shower and sink. No dresser in the room. The mattress are very stiff so not sure everyone will like it. Our room faced the street but even when the window was we could hear the noise and also the walls are thin so we could hear our neighbors when speaking loud.

The personal rated negative, but here we have to diversify. Arrived early the guy in the reception ( Thomas) was absolutely kind and helpful 5 stars. During the day and the evening the staff were really kind and helpful as well 5 🌟 here as well. The lady during the night shift was a disaster. After bar closure asked for a drink. If it is not possible also to put into the room, also acceptable but not the way how she was communicated. She suggested to switch the Hotel next time… for me this is negative.

The thing I liked the most is also the thing I disliked the most, the location is excellent! It was close to most things I wanted to visit and most restaurants I wanted to try, it's very close to the train station and it's super convenient. It was great value for our three nights there and I recommend it if you don't mind the noise of the city too much. I forgot an expensive peripheral device and the staff communicated it well with me and found a way to send me back my belongings even though I was outside of the city. They were very friendly and calm and patient with me, considering I was getting angry I find it very professional that they stayed true to their values and handled it well. Thank you.

I was on the side of the main road and there were speeding motorcycles or cars hitting the pedal and making insane amount of noise just under the window. It's not the hotel fault but my girlfriend hated it because she's used to silence, I lived in such a place long time so I don't care as much but I understand that for others silence and peace might be important. No other complaints.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location in terms of distance to the city centre and train station. Second time staying and would return.

Nothing we didn’t like about the hotel itself, but both nights the street outside was very loud with drunk people shouting, singing and talking. Not much the hotel could do except maybe call the city security / Police to move these people away.

It was a great hotel, a great location. You can find everything near the hotel like pharmacy, kiosk, bar, restaurant, optic & etc. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious 😋, room cleaning and all the facilities in the room like tea,sugar, iron, beverages, small refrigerator, kettle, air-conditioner, TV. If someone needs these types of things that I mentioned, it's better to book this hotel.

The noise of the people on the street at night or midnight, especially when they are drunk 🥴

Super friendly and halpful staff who spoke excellent English. Very comfortable bed. They provided the extra pillow and duvet I requested. Had detailed maps at the front desk (great for finding your way around). Right near the train station.

Although the room was definitely non-smoking, the extra duvet smelled faintly of smoke. I wish there had been a few more products in the bathroom (e.g., body lotion, conditioner, a shower cap). No washcloth. Instant coffee in the room is not a hit in the morning, although I realize it is standard in hotels outside the US. Breakfast was not included with my room rate. I did it one day. Good, but pricey, and no smoked fish options--just bacon, ham, sausage.

Our stay at the hotel was such a wonderful time, that we really didn't want to leave it to go sightseeing. Whenever we got back to the hotel, we felt comfortable and safe, due to the general vibe of the hotel and the extremely nice and helpful staff. If you happen to have a problem with your room, the staff is always happy to help, and that made us really feel welcome there. I highly recommend the hotel, since it's cheap, really quiet and in a wonderful location.

Sometimes we could hear the cars racing outside, maybe twice a night. However, the noise wasn't bad at all since the windows block almost all of the noise.

Perfect location for tourists - close to the main square and with lots of parks, stores, and restaurants around, where you can easily get on foot. We travelled by car, so it was good to see a big, private parking lot. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Cool temperature was provided by the AC unit - perfect for hot weather. Breakfast was great - with a lot of different dishes to choose from, and the coffee exceeded our expectations.

After checking-in, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell inside.

Great and clean apartments, one of the best breakfasts in hotels.
