The top floor/4th level rooms with available adjoining rooms and large terrace was an excellent space for a family of 3-5. The hotel staff was kind, knowledgeable & the facilities were wonderful. We swam almost everyday in the separately located solarium pool with adjacent lounge inluding chairs & seating area, bathrooms, showers & changing room including lockers. The rooftop terrace above the pool for taking in a view of the City of Agueda was an exceptional introduction to our stay. Gabrielle, Daniella, Luis & all staff made our staff very special. Breakfast and lunch were delicious. We should have taken better advantage of the full menu & lounge bar, but be aware the lounge is very cozy & the bar is charming with a wonderful selection of food & beverages

Bathrooms could use some minimal maintenance (caulking and grouting), but this did not diminish the value of our stay

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice and humble. We are in ougust- not crowded at all. The service was great. Everything we needed. The pool is cute. 25 stairs- are not that bad... It is outside the main building, but it was ok. Very clean.

The cancellation fee was 80% of the price.

The employees were really nice and friendly. The room was actually pretty good and everything went great. The place is really pleasant.

There was mold on the roof of the bathroom.

Clean bedroom with possibility of having our 8-year old son in the same space. Comfortable bed and modern shower. Pet-friendly and with parking garage.

It is a bit expensive for the location.

The room was fantastic! Value for money, most definitely! The staff were the kindest, despite all of Portugal having kind people everywhere, the staff here took extra care of every guest ! We wished to stay longer however we had to continue onwards! The location is fantastic and super close to the main city attractions such as the umbrella sky project, the art installations around the city and other amenities such as a superb supermarket right around the corner ! They even offer taxi services to beautiful lagoons 30 mins from the hotel! All in all, we were thoroughly satisfied, and won't hesitate to return back!

the room was big, the quality of breakfast was very good, and the staff (reception, breakfast) was very friendly and customer-oriented.

there is an inconsistent look and feel to this place. The messy looks of the reception and long, loveless corridors do not match that of the room and the quality of breakfast (both very good) ...which in the end is what I care about most. It took ages for the water in the shower to get warm.

The breakfast room was so crowded I couldn't even sit... there was a line of at least 15 people waiting for coffee... I had to leave without having breakfast unfortunately
