Easy access, parking, lovely grounds, swimming pool, good breakfast, plenty of seating inside and out to relax

The property has a restaurant which lacks soul. This may be operated by a third party but it needs something to revive it. We were there two nights and only a handful of people dined the first night and we were the only people dining the second night. When we walked in most of the lights were off, but were switched on when we arrived. However, hardly any of the items on the menu were available. There were a lot of people staying in the hotel so clearly the restaurant was not attractive enough for people to want to use it. It was very reasonably priced and we had a lovely meal

We had trouble finding the hotel because the address listed on BOOKING.COM led us to the wrong location. After searching, we finally arrived at the property around 10 PM. It was a dark night, and the area was quiet, feeling somewhat isolated. However, the receptionist, a friendly Portuguese staff member (a boy,), was extremely helpful and welcoming. His excellent service made us forget the difficulties we faced earlier. God bless you brother!!!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and helpful, particularly at breakfast.

I programmed this hotel address into my rental car and was delivered elsewhere. A stranger helped us by getting into his car and lead us about 3 kilometers, then stopped and pointed at the road that curved around a bit but took us to the hotel. Very difficult to navigate the traffic circles and curved roads that seemed to have no destination. My phone GPS did a better job locating places than the rental car GPS.

I really liked your hotel - a cozy place, a quiet closed courtyard, there is parking. In the morning we warmed ourselves by the fire - it was a real bonus. Polite, attentive to the little things staff. They helped us with glasses, a corkscrew and other necessary things. The breakfast was wonderful and tasty, enough of everything to feel full. Bread is a special love.

there is not a single thing that I did not like

Our stay was exceptional. This hotel was absolutely beautiful it was too bad we had rain and couldn't really enjoy the grounds. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable and there were a few extra pillows.

The property was very cool, nicely decorated, and incredibly comfortable!

It was a little difficult to locate, but that’s just because we weren’t familiar with the area and it was dark. As a “westerner” it was difficult to not be able to flush toilet paper in the en suite—making for a few uncomfortable situations for the family.

The breakfast was great and the service top.. The guy in the réception told us where to go out having dinner and the place was great. The womens who served us the breakfast was so kind. The hotel is was oldfashioned but so clean .

Everything ok

It's in a quiet but safe rural area. 15mins drive to Aveiro. It is a holiday complex and you can feel the history. It is actually well maintained for its age. No elevator. Excellent continental breakfast. No tea making facility in room but there is an hot water fountain.

I would not advice to stay here if you don't have a car. Although you can use Uber or Bolt. No nearby shops.

this hotel was truly a perfect hotel in the truest sense of the word. The man at the reception was very kind and very helpful. Although the staff at the hotel did not speak English, they helped us a lot and it was a really friendly hotel. Only the location is far from the center but everywhere was very clean. If you want to relax and get away from people, you can choose this hotel. You will definitely not regret it.

Enough car parking place. Room is clean and the toliet is a lttle bit old but clean. Breakfast is nice with everthing you need. This is above avarage level
