Beautiful location away from the crowds of Albufeira. Great views from the top floor of 3-bed villa. You can see the sea from master bedroom. Gardens were lovely. Nice pool area & we had the pool to ourselves some of the time. The 3 bed villa is very spacious & over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms, a laundry room & roof top area.

There was no air con which wasn’t a problem during the day as the villa stays cool but at night we needed the doors/windows open & it was extremely windy some nights so lots of noise/banging doors. No curtain in 1 of the bedrooms so that became very warm. It would have been nice to have a table/chairs on the balcony. The coffee machine didn’t work.

Turning up and not being able to get in as no one at reception or answering phone number on wall took us several hours for anyone to answer then was given another number to ring saw this happening to other people needs to be a local number for contact needs to be some written information about what to do with rubbish etc

Check in process very bad. No on site manager. Had to call, told to call back. Call again told to wait. Took over an hour waiting in the cold and dark at night for over an hour. My suite had no heat and was pretty chilly this time of year.

the rooms are so nice and clean and also comfortable. the pool was great and location was not bad either. the property is stunning and has a really good view. the BBQ area is super cute also. I would definitely recommending staying here as it’s not far from town and close to public transport. we really enjoyed our stay here.

the check in process and communication was not that good. we were waiting around for a while but lucky we had a car that we could leave all our luggage in and walk around the town and hang out by the pool while check in was available. please note there is no physical reception a guy comes via car to check u in so you need to be in communication with the accommodation for check in. if anything I would recommend a self check in process. this would be well suited for this type of accommodation especially since our room was well ready before we first got there. we were a bit unfortunate with the family next to us being loud but nothing to do with the accommodation.

It is a very peaceful location and has a nice view of the town, sunrise and sunset. Birds were singing in the morning. It is a pretty room with local character. Old town center and Pingo Doce supermarket is 10~15 min walking distance ( need walk up and down the hill. If you have a car or scooter which I rented, then it will be no problem. Also small corner store is near by ) . Staffs are not at the location and you need to coordinate the time to meet the staff for check in. I bought sim card and contact through WhatsApp. The room I was supposed to be in had fishy smell from the former guest. Check in staff noticed right away and changed the room for me.

The views from this property are spectacular, we stayed at the bigger villa that’s sleeps 7 people and it was amazing! The whole villa is decorated to give a very olden Portuguese feel, and is beautiful! Loads of picture worthy areas, the view from the roof in the bigger villa was spectacular

the water did not warm up enough, however it was hot enough to shower with colder water so no issue

Amazing views, great location and it was very cool staying in an old mill

We were there in December, so it was cold at night and the small heater did not really help. But that's to be expected, so maybe would recommend the mill more for summer months.

We loved the Historical Windmill and accommodation. There was a friendly face Laura on arrival & she was lovely during the stay, very helpful. The house was basic for our stay and we had a happy time. 15 min walk down to the historical old town and beach. Uphill for the return but we appreciated the reasonable pricing for our group accommodation and it was what we needed for our stay. We just went down to the shop for anything else we needed

There is not much items offered for the stay. there is a shop around the corner because you will receive a limited supply of toilet paper and no extras example coffee/tea/ milk. There is a few small bathroom supplies. We just went down to the shop for anything else we needed

Plenty of space , beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Good facilities and well equipped for a family.

Went with my sister for a girly getaway , was so peaceful and pretty . Room was very clean and had everything . Pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves .albufeira old town was a short walk down a hill for lovely evenings out .Will definitely be booking again

Bed was on the hard side , didn't bother me but hurt my sisters back . Maybe could do with a mattress topper . Only fault we had so not bad in my eyes .
