Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. The kind of staff that goes above and beyond, remembers your favourite drink and checks in to see how your stay is going etc. (the drinks are delicious and fairly priced by the way). We had a Juinor Suite which was spacious and had beautiful views of both the pool, the garden and the sunset (room 307). Beds are comfortable and shower pressure great. The breakfast is the same every day but the variety and quality is good so we didn't mind. The freshly squeezed juice and sparkling wine was a nice treat. The only real downside for us was the entertainment which was a bit boring. But in all fairness this is probably because the average age of the guests seemed to be around 55. However, for us being one of the younger couples at this hotel (in our 30s) it could have been nice with some quizzes or even bingo. Or just something that could get us up the chair a little. We used the pool table and other games provided at the hotel instead. Another small thing to consider is the location. You can use the shuttle bus or a (£6) uber ride to the beach or into town. It didn't bother us as we were mostly there to relax, but if you want to be just by the beach or in the hustle and bustle then this is probably not the place to be. With that said, our stay at Falesia exceeded our expectations, was well worth the money and we would definitely commend it!

Everything was simply exceptional. We went there for our honeymoon and was welcomed with sparkling wine, Swan towels, rose buds...the staff couldn't do enough! Big shout out to Rosa on reception, Phillipe and Felipe and especially Edouardo who provided the most VIP treatment.. he made our Honeymoon magic! The hotel is wonderful. Food is perfect and the ambience around the resort was chilled and happy - just what we wanted. Booking again for next year!

Not much at all!! We did get stuck in the lift but staff had us out within 20 minutes and gave us lots of free drinks. It was a freak blackout in the area so not the hotel fault at all.

Modern, clean and welcoming with the rooms being some of the biggest hotel rooms I've stayed in. Also walking distance from the beach about 10minutes through the Pine Cliffs resort easily accessible via a lift. Also got there and got upgraded to a top floor suite without asking with a welcoming glass of sparkling wine or orange juice if you'd prefer. Entertainment every night in particular Diogo acoustic pool vibes was amazing, D-string and The Bottles live bands in the evening were stand out performers. The selection of food on offer was for both breakfast and dinner was amazing, even the worlds fussiest eater would find something to eat and the staff couldn't do anymore to make you feel more welcome. They have a shuttle bus that does multiple trips, 4 times to the beach daily if you can't walk 10minutes which is free of charge. You also have trips in to Albuferia, Vilamoura and Silves which has a small charge but very convenient.

Good breakfast choice (buffet). Plenty of seats/tables so no queuing for breakfast. Nice large pool area with pool bar. Hotel meticulously clean, everywhere. Super friendly staff. Adults only so generally very peaceful. Access to beach approx 10mins walk via the adjacent Pine Cliffs resort (lift and stairs to access the beach) - see comments below on beach access

Nothing worth mentioning

The friendliness of the staff, better than any hotel we've stayed in around the world, this was our third stay here and since 2019 alot of the staff are the same giving off vibes it's a very good hotel to work for so happy staff. The food selection is unbelievable even the fussiest of eaters will find something they like, from local Portuguese cuisine to world cuisines, with speciality cooking each evening also. Live entertainment each night, various musicians and bands, two that stood out in particular were D-string and Diogo, gave of good vibes and were good at connecting with the audicancem The rooms are spotless and massive, we got upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival and honestly there are flats in London half the size of them, can't describe the amount of space in them. Their phase 1 renovations to the outside and bar area have taken it to a new level aswell, cocktails all remain amazing and giving the bar a up to date modern vibe to take the hotel far into the future. Shuttle bus is available to local towns for a small fee and multiple times a day to the beach, which is free of charge. Although you can walk to the beach which is a nice walk and only takes 15mins at a slow pace, ask at reception the way and they will draw you the route on a map and talk you through the route.

The reception was amazing decorated and well kept and this immediately impressed us. The staff were delightful, everyone from the bar to the reception were so friendly - probably the best we've experienced at a hotel before. Breakfast was great - good selection of hot and cold options, along with deserts. Pool was a great size and has a deep end too. We got spa treatments that were very reasonable in price and we enjoyed them. Room was upgraded for us which was even more special - would 100% stay here again. Honourable mention to Tito who assisted us in the beginning - he's a great guy!

We experienced the best of Portuguese hospitality and warmth. Everyone from reception to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, waiters, concierge, the chefs were incredibly polite, accommodating and happy. Food was excellent, great variety and quality. The garden and pool area were immaculately clean and well maintained.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lifts need some proper maintenance. It worked when it wanted to work and can only take two people at a time.

That i could not stay longer

The staff are the best part of the hotel. The reception staff are warm, welcoming, witty and provide excellent customer service, unlike any other hotel. The room is beautiful and massive with a separate seating area, making the room so spacious, with a lot of light. We were pampered with a welcome wine and the next day with some sparkling wine which made our day. You have all the amenities in the room needed. The pool is well located and has lots of spots around the hotel lawns to relax and unwind. They also have a SPA, indoor pool and a whirlpool. Great place to relax and unwind

the breakfast was the only thing we did not enjoy the most. They do have a good spread but the options were not great.

Our room was huge (as advertised) and had a balcony with a quiet view of the hills in the distance. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and rain shower were great. The breakfast buffet was enormous and delicious. We had a car and there was no charge for parking. Falesia Hotel was a great central location to explore the Algarve coast - both east and west.
