The staff,incredibly amazing and talented. The animators were kind and very friendly with all the kids,so many games during the all day long. The animation in the evening is also really cool,dance for adults and kids,belly dance,kids club ,activity in swimming pool,aqua gym,and a lot of other activities. We are very very happy and we were sad that we didn’t have say goodbye to all of them ! Also the waitress,the person who work at the bar/or in buffet in the breakfast area they are all gentle and kind. All beautiful!

The swimming pool a little bit more cleaned inside and in the floor,it like it’s was “sand”. And it’s little also a little bit more bigger it would be perfect

The room was absolutely comfortable, clean and generous in space. Lovely view. The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choice. The staff were helpful and polite both at reception and the dining areas. Always willing to help. Chefs were always ready to meet all requirements. The location was spot on. Many choices within walking distance. Easy local transport buses and Ubers to other areas. Visited various beach towns and marinas! Supplemented by the very cheap coach from hotel. Very happy. Fully, highly recommended. A nice space to relax and venture out.

The entertainment was lacking. Not tempting at all.

Such an outstanding staff at all levels, loving, caring, genuinely supportive, goes.extra mile to help and make the stay comfortable. Our kids and us loved it there. So many dedicated activities, well planned through out the day. Bird show, Reptile show, Belly dancing, kids continuous activities. I must say Flora and Arthur together did an amazing excellent job together to keep families happy with so much energy and passion in them to make it all exciting for kids and parents. Big bid thank you to both of them. Marta and Johana are amazing and loving. The staff at breakfast and dinner are amazing. The front desk is always available with a big smile on their faces to greet their guests. We have been to so many countries at so many resorts, but AP beach and resort in Faro has something very different and positive about it, so much positive energy from staff. Arthur, Flora, thank you so much for amazing time!

Beach is about a 10/15 minute walk away (2 sunbeds & a brolly is €14) Some nice bars and restaurants just a short walk (5 mins) Room was massive with full kitchen. We enjoyed the food but there wasn’t loads of choice, compared to other AI I’ve stayed in before but I did find something I liked each meal time. Fantastic sports facilities & gym. I had a massage which I really enjoyed, the therapist was excellent, what did let it down for me was that it was outside and right near the kids pool so I could hear the kids playing and adults talking. I’d have liked some relaxing music to drown the background noise. Taxi into Albufeira was between €10 & €15 each way. (Old town/new town strip)

Pool / pool area wasn’t very big so unsure what it’s like in peek season as we went end of May and it was very busy but the hotel wasn’t full. IMO it’s not really a kids hotel, not much on for them and not very good choice of food for them so glad we didn’t take our kids. Lighting not great in the bedroom. Upstairs neighbours were extremely noisy (kids screaming and running about from 7am) which is not what you want when you’re having a child free holiday!

The hotel was very close to the sandy beaches and we could walk miles on the beach sand or up top on the cliffs. The people were excellent at the desk and restaurant There were alot of people at the place who were sporty. They had a track and sponsored some marathon. The food was great , buffet style and breakfast was complementary for our stay. They were lots of other restaurants close by. Nice area. I would go again. I tend to like boutique hotels more or homes but this was perfect for only 1 night. On our way to a yoga retreat to the Lago area

It was pretty nosy. Lots of people coming and going. Looked like they were sports event people! I still enjoyed all the different people there from all over doing a marathon

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the sports facilities without feeling over pressured to use them. The hotel staff were all welcoming and friendly. Our apartment offered everything we needed and was well appointed. The all inclusive option suited us perfectly, the good quality food was plentiful, presented well and well cooked. The hotel sits in a beautiful area of the Algarve with loads of walking options around it. The hotel bus for 2 euros return offered the possibility of visiting Albufeira and Vilamoura for minimal cost. A gem of a place and one we hope to return to.

Some of the external furnishing are due for replacement. The evening entertainment is best suited to families with young children.

The breakfast options were really good. Staff were efficient in cleaning and getting tables ready quickly. Receptionist were very helpful. Particularly Sergio and when he wasn't working, Miguel I think it was. He was very smiley. The room was cleaned very well when asked. Loved the activities (dance party and Bingo MC's were great ) offered for little ones and the running track was great too. And the children's swimming pool was thoroughly enjoyed too. Taxi services available to and from airport. We hired a car on this visit but will not do so on our next.

If I wanted to nitpick, it'd be that the bathroom tiles could've perhaps been treated for mould. But it was like what you may at home, a bit of black mould that treatment might not have helped. And the chairs in the living room showed a bit of wear and tear. Having said that, it is a family friendly hotel and it would have wear and tear rather quickly anyway.

It was a perfect stay. We got a bigger room, so it was a great improvement for us. Food in the restaurant was good, breakfast options are the same every. Lunch and dinner are various options, with different fish meals. Bar near pool provides various drinks. Snacks bar near pool quit poor food options, every day the same. Every evening there are some different events, shows near pool. For the childrens works, kids club animators.

Mattress for beds are not comfortable.

The hotel is perfect for training! The food is so delicious and there is a variety for any taste. The rooms are big with a lot of space, and a nice and comfortable balcony. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, but they also look exhausted from the screaming children and drinking parents.

The main thing which we didn't like was the noise of the screaming children, and drinking parents without caring that it is not so pleasant for the other guests. I think there should be some sign and control for such people and such behavior. Also the beach is not so close. Of course, it depends on everyone's imagination.

This was a visit of 2 very contrasting sides. The room we were allocated was at the back of the premises with a very poor view. We actually considered leaving,until I discussed this issue with a Director who moved us to a different room. Much better. Next issue, Breakfast. They use top quality ingredients, Huge selection, But I cannot understand how they cannot keep the cooked selection hot. Tepid / Lukewarm at best.

Housekeeping staff need to pay more attention. No attention to detail Do something to keep the cooked breakfast hot.
