Nice continental buffet breakfast with eggs that could be ordered from the staff at no additional cost. Beautiful view from the terrace and a partial sea view from the room. The room was comfortable and clean. A very thoughtful gesture was a bottle of complimentary wine that could be collected at the restaurant to be enjoyed from the room's terrace. The staff was very welcoming. I would definitely come again.

Paid street parking is sometimes a challenge and full, but this is not really something the hotel can change.

The hotel totally wins with its breathtaking ocean views. Its a small hotel with 7-8 rooms and a restaurant. The restaurant is very nice and really good, though a bit on the expensive side for Madeira standards (order the grilled catch of the day!) but worth it! Rooms are spacious and nice Beds really comfy Great breakfast spread with freshly made eggs Second big selling point is the staff: everyone is so nice, goes out of their way to help you/ accommodate your wishes, etc

It was a great/ excellent stay for the value. This place was something, quite, no noise, a terrace with a great view to breakfast or dinner...stunning view of the sunrise and sunset :) The personal is very helpful and pleasant from the very first moment when you arrive :) The lady from the reception told me about their neighbor pool in case that I want to swim, she told me about the local markets in this area, offered me a map and indicated some relevant places (shops, laundry in case you need it), bus station. They have a small fridge in the room which is great in case that you want to have a cold drink. In my case the breakfast was included in the price and it was enough for me. I felt lucky from the very first moment I enter this hotel. Internet connection was very good. Considering that I avoid luxury hotels and noisy places it was just perfect for me. If you rent a car you will definitely find a place to park your care in the area.

I loved the apartment, it was so stylish and beautiful. It was fresh and clean. The shower was one of the best showers I have experienced in my life. Good pressure, hot water and spacious and clean. The bedroom and bathroom had really cool mirrors and the furniture was lovely. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The only thing I didn't like was that the check in and check out was in another location, to the actual room, when I left, I completely forgot about returning the key as I was trying to figure out where I was going in the side streets. I ended up having to pay 30 euros to send the key in a cab back to the hotel because I had it with me at the airport. Silly me. My fault, but an expensive exercise. Not the fault of the accomodation, but I guess this might happen to others as well.

The views are absolutely stunning. There’s a lot of parking spaces outside the hotel which was great. Also the staff is amazing - we were welcomed with biscuits and Madeiran wine, the reception explained a lot of things about how to get around the island, parking etc. the highlight was the restaurant though!! The fresh fish was one of the best I’ve ever had and the restaurant staff was very attentive and could provide a lot of information about the food as well as recommendations. Totally recommend!!

Beautiful place and space. You can eat breakfast on the terrace situated on the cliff, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Nice room with comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Delicious breakfast with various things to choose. Delicious food in restaurant. Very nice, polite, smiling, friendly and helpful service.

Far from the beach. No place/opportunity at the hotel for sunbathing.When the wind blows strongly, the door to the room knocks and wakes you up at night :-)

Great location for easy access by car to the airport, funchal and elsewhere. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast is decent, great eggs, views from the outdoor seating area on the cliff top are great.

Paid Parking is along the public road out front, not expensive and seemed very safe but there was not enough spaces sometimes when we arrived back in the evening.

EVERYTHING!!! Absolutely amazing property with stunning views, and the most hospitable staff that was very welcoming and made us feel at home! Excellent complimentary breakfast and complimentary bottle of house wine included with our stay, not to be out shined by an incredible restaurant with the most stunning of views and the most delicious entrees.

The terrace is amazing and the staff very friendly! Overall we would definitely stay here again. I recommend to rent a car to go to different trails and day trips.

The vegan options for breakfast and in the restaurant were lacking. For breakfast at least put 1 option of plant based milk. Maybe offer some complimentary water in the room when you arrive. 1 bottle for 4 euros is a bit extreme.

Lovely quirky property, large room. Very peaceful. Reception staff very friendly, kind and helpful. Great value for money. Perfect stay for the last night of my trip. Would recommend. Thankyou !
