Phenomenal location of the facility. On the sidelines with a wonderful view of the ocean, but still well-connected facility. The facility is very spacious, which makes it comfortable. The area is relatively quiet and peaceful, although it probably depends on what kind of neighbors you happen to have.

For such a large apartment, the kitchen is quite "sparsely" equipped, although all the basic appliances are available. Be careful on the driveway, the locals like to park just behind the bend :(

Very spacious villas, with private parking place and nice view. Very kind helpful and talkative staff. Nice beds. Spacious backyard, to relax.

No aircondition or ceiling fan! No bath products. You have to bring own shampoo, body showergel and so on No products as coffee, sugar, salt and so on Generally you have to go to the supermarket to fulfill the nesessary equipment A lot of insects/ mosquitos and unfortunately without any window sieves.

Everything was new and clean! Big spacious rooms and comfortable beds. If you are going with big companies (family/friends) for more than 5 days you will feel comfortable to buy washing liquids/salt/oil/soap and etc. I was worried how we will feel about it - but we made a big shopping on the first day and felt really comfortable with all the facilities that Vila’s Mediterraneo gives☺️ Thank you so much for our stay, we had a problem with gates and you figured it out really fast! I highly recommend this place to visit!

The facilities are great! Nice, spacious rooms and a huge living room. Beds were comfortable, shower was warm and nice, and the kitchen was comfortable to cook in. It was also cool to have 2 parking spots inside the venue. The venue was really clean when we got it, and they even cleaned again after a couple of days.

No consumables were supplied (not even dishwasher tablets or hand soap, at least they could have left the stuff the previous guests did not finish). Wifi reception was limited to the living room.

Very spacious and comfortable houses. We’ve spent a week in two connecting villas. Everything was perfect. A view from the balcony was astonishing. We had our flight back in the afternoon and there was no problem to stay in house an hour longer. I think that if we would need a place to stay in Madeira we would choose the villas once more!

Beautiful house. Very comfortable. Had it all😄 Met at the property by host, who gave us great info on restaurants & booked taxi to airport for our return. Very quiet relaxing area. Great fun driving on the small roads 🫣

Spacious 3 bedroom house with large living and fully equiped kitchen. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is really nice, good bed. The kids both had their own room and shared a bathroom. We were able to check in early, contact about that was very friendly via booking app and phone. On site the cleaning lady was very helpfull pointing out nice place to go and checking webcam to see the wheater on netmadeire.com. The location is good if you have a rental car, without I would find something closer to the shore and town. By car do visit the beautiful island, from mountan peaks to forrest, and ofcourse the rough coast line.

Not a problem at all but dont expect sea view. You can see the see from the small balcony but this is not ment to sit. Other houses may see less or more. Also I did not see any airconditioning, for us it was not a problem as the house stays cool anyway.

The Vila was very close to the airport and it was a quick drive to Funchal. The Vilas are very clean and had all the basic needs provided for you, like kitchenware, towels and toilet paper. All pictures of the Vilas are exactly what you see, spacious bedrooms, balcony off every room, beautiful view of the ocean, and a safe quiet area. They even set up to have a cleaning lady come to the vilas twice a week to clean, change towels, take out the trash and give you more toilet paper. Owner has very quick response time (even given the 5 hour difference. We had notify the property owner, prior to our stay,the arrival time of our flight. As a follow up email, we were also given a number to call when we were 10-15 minutes away from the Vila. The owner was already on site as we arrived by taxi. Owners were quick to respond to all emails and questions. Overall we would highly recommend a stay a the Vila and will book our future trip at this place.

We recommend having a binder with information about the Vila, like the address for example (in case of emergency). The emergency number was posted, but not the address. We also recommend information of the cleaning lady and when she would arrive. We were pleasantly surprised to see when we returned that our room was cleaned and trash taken out, but it would have been nice to know sooner!

All above expectations..modern furniture,very spacy apartments. Privat parking place.Epic view from balcony!Perfect vacation.

Minor things..as mentioned before,don't expect salt,sugar or any dish cleaning chemicals,so expect short trip for shoping.Car is a must,unless prefer some cardio exercises.
