So this gets an 8 even though it met all my needs, only because my 10s go to exceptional, above average places. Need was comfortable, bathroom was great, but the room was small. However, I didn't hang out on the room, only slept there, so for me, it was fine. There are a couple good restaurants within 10 min walk and some little markets if you need some water or beer or snacks. The staff spoke good English and gave me all kinds of tips and suggestions on what to see and when. I also liked the private parking.

The private parking can fill up fast after 4 pm. I think a lot of workers use this accommodation. When I was there, I was walking out of the apartment around 4 or 5 pm and watched at least 8 vehicles pull in one after another. Parking lot went from 3 cars to full within minutes.

They put our rooms together , being a family of four, that was much better . They accepted our dog and the balcony was ideal . It was clean , and having air conditioning was great with the humidity. Breakfast there was a nice variety. Vagos has a lovely park for kids. And a great burger (Boca do Mundo hamburgueria) restaurant around the corner , 20 mins from Averio, location was fine for our needs.

Breakfast was a good continental breakfast with a good selection . Having a balcony was really nice. The staff were all very nice, friendly, courteous and very helpful.

The shower cubicle was quite small.

Staff and place was great. The town is small but is beautiful and it has a great restaurant. A nice place to stay if you are traveling by car and prefer to stay somewhere else quiet and nice

Incredibly friendly staff who welcomed us with free coffees and milk for our two children. Plus, everything in our rooms was clean and functional. On top of that, the hotel has free parking secure behind a door which closes at night! Absolutely wonderful.

The hotel exceeded our expectation very much therefore we returned. Kind staff, parking lot, excellent wide range of breakfast.

Large free on-site parking. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room with large bed and comfortable mattress. Doors that gave access to small balcony and also allowing for plenty of fresh air. In-room bathroom and toilet, with window for ventilation. Airco, TV, although we did not use either one. Excellent breakfast, continuous attention from management to replenish the self-service breakfast which also included self-squeeze orange juice.

Good location, and you can take a bus to Vagueira beach for free. Room very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, very helpful. Good breakfast with variety. Supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops near the hotel.
