This is a small gorgeously appointed property. Astonishing Views ! In walking distance to the beautiful beach and wonderful restaurants. We were there only on a Monday and Tuesday Night, so not all restaurants were open. That said, we were directed to other fine dining nearby. Wow ! The owner and chef at Cali Deluxe holidays was a delight. Warm and Helpful. Inez is a Cordon Bleu trained Chef , and the breakfasts are indescribably delicious and creative. Comfort on the very long and wide deck was exceptional. The place is aesthetically and decoratively lovely. Don't miss this place.

GPS on narrow one way roads near the beach was not entirely accurate. That said, we were able to park in their safe garage, and we didn't need a car, as everything is walkable. We had though of driving to Setubal and exploring, but where we were in Sesimbra was quite delightful enough.

Beautifully furnished rooms and balconies with an incredible view across the ocean. We couldn’t have been happier with our room and the location of this hidden gem. A delicious, fresh and varied breakfast served by Ines every morning was one of our highlights as it was well worth the money we paid. Both Ines and Peter were both very friendly and hospitable cand always helped us out if we needed anything or any advice on what to do in Sesimbra. We would definitely stay again and hope that many others get to experience this too.

There was not a single fault with the property.

Fantastic property. Very close to beach and central town area. Rooms good size with nice view and fantastic shutters for sleep. We stayed in the room with external private bathroom, but thanks to the separate curtain this is essentially an on-suite. Ines + Peter are excellent hosts and I cannot recommend breakfast enough - Ines is an excellent chef and accommodates a variety of diets! We will definitely return! Thank you!

The breakfast! Oh my goodness, Iñes does a magnificent job making everything from the fruit plates, to die for pastries, and hot dish. The common space and room was beautiful, and you cannot beat the location. The beach chairs, umbrella, and towels (in a beach bag that is specifically yours) are also included. Both Iñes and Peter are amazing hosts!

Breakfast is exceptional and makes you feel very much as if you are in your own home, top quality of products, lovely variation every day. The terrace is another highlight, amazing and perfect really, no matter which weather or which time of the day. The owners are also really lovely and helpful, I can only recommend this place.Top location with tips on where to have dinner. The city of Sesimbra is also very comfortable, especially pre season.

Everything was just amazing.

Everything about this accommodation is fantastic. The location is first rate, the views from the very comfortable and restful public areas are second to none. The breakfast is wonderful and sets you up beautifully for the day. Ines and Peter are great hosts and deserve great credit for what they have created. We have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone visiting Portugal.

We cannot think of anything that we did not like.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here! Ines was an amazing host (and chef) and she and her family were wonderful. The space was beautiful with outstanding décor. It was meticulously clean. The AC in the rooms worked well and blackout blinds meant being able to keep your room cooler from the heat of the day while you’re out enjoying everything Sesimbra has to offer. Elevator/Lift available and the building is secured with code to enter both building and apartment, with separate locks for your room. And secure parking garage! The layout for 1 bedroom involves a separate bathroom- directly next to the room. It was no issue for me, but sharing for those who may mind. The other 2 rooms had private bathrooms and one has a balcony. The large, shared balcony has a beautiful view with comfortable places to sit and relax. We enjoyed Ines’s delicious food for breakfast each morning on the patio, and it was great to have a Nespresso machine, tea, and small snacks available all the time. The living room and front patio are shared spaces, but you would never get this kind of comfort and beautiful design in a hotel. Several restaurants nearby and a small market. It would be easy enough to stay right here and have everything you would need, but the additional things we were able to explore and see by having a car made it well worth having it! Close and easy access to the beach (and the apartment provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas). Ines took so much time to provide helpful information to us (about the area, the food, the experiences available, and answered ALL of the questions we had). She was truly so helpful! And so kind. If you are looking for a place that provides comfortable surroundings, a personal and kind host, in a clean and secure building, this is it! Ines was meticulous about cleaning and also provided shampoo, shower gel, liquid hand soap, and lotions.

Only con, is no fault of theirs, but google maps made finding the location a little difficult. Ines was readily available by phone to help us find it and waited in the street to guide us. Streets and parking garage are narrow, so be prepared with the car you choose!

Well located, beautiful views, great terrace, clean, very friendly host, amazing breakfast.

One thing only - the scent of perfume in the house and bedrooms is much too strong. We had to open the bedroom window to get rid of the smell. we we stayed only 1 night. Keep in mind these are rooms in a private house where you share the living room with a few other guests. It was OK for us as we stayed only 1 night, but I would not do this for a longer stay. And maybe one suggestion; an honesty bar ? Now you need to go to a cornershop to buy your own drinks that you can put in a common fridge.

We enjoyed our stay here. Ines and Peter were incredibly friendly and shared some great tips with us. The common area and balcony view are lovely; we enjoyed the view each morning along with the delicious breakfast. It was also very nice having coffee and tea available at any time.

There’s nothing negative to mention. Although our bathroom was outside of the room, it wasn’t an issue at all. The curtain provided enough privacy to make it feel comfortable.

The apartment was amazing with a fantastic view. There was a parking spot which was great, although as the apartment was so close to the beach we did not need it. The hostess was amazing and she prepared a first class breakfast on the beautiful veranda. It did not bother us that the lounge area was shared with a few other guests and the ambient was more of a family feel. Can’t wait to go back and highly recommend staying there.
