Location is amazing for going to the beach. Close walk, and you can opt to lay out by the pool instead and still get views of the ocean. Breakfast buffet was included, nothing great but lots of options to satisfy yourself in the morning. Room was charming and had AC. Really cool spiral staircases when you don’t feel like waiting for the elevator. Sauna and showers by the indoor pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Extra blankets are already in the room, which I think is nice. Still close enough to walk into town, lots of restaurants and little markets 5-10 minutes away once you get out of the hotel. Great stay.

Very good location, all rooms have ocean view and a balcony. Breakfast was pretty good, they also changed it up each day. Room is spacious. Enjoyed listening to the waves everyday. The staff at the desk and breakfast were great.

The layout is kind of weird, easy to get lost. The bed was rock hard. The tub is weirdly narrow, not great if you have mobility issues or need more space. There is no coffee or tea available in the room and you are not allowed to take one from breakfast. No kettle either. You maybe be able to pay extra or a coffee at room service though. If you want to enjoy a sunrise coffee on your balcony, you'll have to bring your own kettle and supplies!

All rooms have sea view. Breakfast was great whilst over looking the sea. Staff were helpful and friendly..Inside pool was amazing. Outside pool was too cold for us but many tourists swam in them and enjoyed it.

Advice for managers! Could you please change room cards key as soon as possibly please! Based on my experience I was not happy to easy access to my room because of the room card key does have magnetic and when you put your next to Credit card or Phone auto non-activated! And it’s been several time I have to go to the reception for update the room card key. This experience is not good for guests as well as for the receptionist! Please change it! Many troubled for both sides!

The location is fantastic, with direct access to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the centre of Sesimbra, staff friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, although the bathroom was a bit dated, but everything was working.

Breakfast was very poor and tasteless, it certainly did not meet a 4 star hotel rating. Scrambled eggs and sausages (frankfurters) were awful, no fried eggs or omlets, there was no selection of breads and no toaster.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind, the facilities were wonderful, and the grounds were beautiful. The location is calm and serene! Great place if you want to enjoy the soft splashing of waves from your balcony while enjoying the morning sun.

The beds were very hard and might need to be changed, and there was no ramp from the reception to the restaurant, making it difficult for us to get our baby pram up and down the stairs. There is a handicap elevator seat that takes anyone in a wheelchair up and down, though!

Great location with easy access to the waterfront and good restaurants. Excellent breakfast - possibly the best of our 6 weeks of travel. Many choices including a few hot items. Enough good choices if you would like a healthy breakfast.

The door back to the building is opened by contacting staff through intercom. Eight of us waited for too long to get back in - room keys do not work. This needs to be improved. Rooms and building are quite dated and have a bit of a moldy smell. Toilet sounded like a jet taking off. 4 pm to get into the room is quite late and resulted in a big line up and this was the off season. Mandatory bathing caps in the pool was weird. Very complicated design and difficult to find your way around especially as some of the signs are partially obscured.

The breakfast - some say it is the most important meal of the day but the tomatoes just made my mornings perfect. Looking over the beach and the cliff in Sesimbra, it was magical This Hotel took me back in time, It is so charming - waking upp to the sound of the occean hitting the beach and going to sleep listening to it as well - I was refreshing I will visit Sesimbra again and I will pick this Hotel Thank You ❤️

We are coming back to this hotel last 20 years and it hás never disappointed us. It has unique location! All rooms have see view, hotel is in front of the beach that has different activities (football,kids park,pedal boats etc) has 3 swimming pools and indoor swimming pool is big and it really makes difference on a windy days. And plus there is a table tennis for kids near it. You can eat in a bar (kids and adults) that has the best view in Sesimbra. Its simple decor, nothing modern so if you are a fancy person you might not like it. But if you are looking to relax without a lots of husle, this would be the right choice for you.
