All inclusive hotel where food standards are higher than just hot dogs and spaghetti with tomato sauce. True and tasty portuguese food in all restaurants. Free oysters in the afternoon - a huge plus for me. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Electric boat service to cross Ria Formosa to the beach is also a plus. Hotel staff are very diligent and kind and always acted quickly on my requests/complaints to make sure my stay was pleasant.

Upon check in, room could have been cleaner (namely, toilet had a couple of hair strings probably from previous guest or from the cleaning lady). Nothing much though, wouldn't prevent me from booking again.

The facilities were great and the staff was extremely nice (even though a lot of them didn't speak Portuguese). The hotel was fully booked, but it didn't feel like it as there was always space by the pool and in the restaurants. We really appreciated it the surrounding nature and the beach.

The time between leaving the rooms in the morning and the rooms being cleaned took a long time. This was an issue has we were travelling with an elderly person who needed to rest in the afternoon. Requesting plant based milk at breakfast was a struggle every day. It was quite surprising that it wasn't readily available at the buffet.

Everything as expected, Good clean rooms, swimming pools and rooftop bar. Helpful efficient service. Good food at the buffet at breakfast and other meals.

1. I was dissapointed, that "all drinks included" don't include coffee at lunch or dinner (only at breakfast). 2. The hotel advertises that they help to arrange transport to the airport - however all they offered was to call very expensive priced taxi for 60eur. For reference - I researched on my own and used one of the transport companies and paid 17eur. 3. I asked for double bed, not 2 single beds and they responded "all our rooms are single beds", I don't believe this to be true. These were minor things for improvement though. I really liked my stay and would have no hesitation coming back.

amazing location with fantastic views over saltmarshes/ ria (recommend getting a sea or ria view). great food with good choice every meal including fish, meat, soup, salad, fruit, cheese etc and free flowing wine beer and cider. beach on cabanas island reached by free hotel boat was amazing . easy to get an uber within a few minutes.. all inclusive was good value if eating most meals there. staff were all friendly, the receptionists spoke good english hotel was modern with smart decor and comfortable rooms.

very minor issues: orange juice and coffee from machines not good (although coffee from the bar very nice). the outdoor pools were very cold (march) and the indoor pool was approx 8x4m so felt crowded if more than one person in it. public transport a walk a way and infrequent. all inclusive - like many other places you have to wear a bracelet , cocktails are not that great there was an annoying hum/ juddering noise in our room, which was on the top floor. coming from the roof

The two outdoor pool areas were gorgeous. The staff were fantastic. Comfortable rooms. Lots of pool loungers and evening entertainment was lovely. It's a stunning hotel. We got a free upgrade which was great as we had a pool view. We all had massages too and they were brilliant. Gorgeous pianist at breakfast too. So relaxing. I am definitely coming back.

Ants all over the indoor pool area and the breakfast options were limited. Too much tinned fruit and not enough fresh fruit. Also the "Zumba" class was 100% not a Zumba class. It was a fun dance class that I enjoyed but definitely wasn't a Zumba class. I would be almost 100% certain the people giving the class are not zin members or had taken their B1 licence as classes are very specifically designed to give the participants a certain experience. This may cause problems for the hotel in the future as Zumba is a trademark name and only licensed instructors are allowed to give Zumba classes.

Nice breakfast. Great location in Cabanas, near the beaches. No kids, no noise (though with loud music and entertainment in the evening). There's a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with live piano. There's an indoor garage with several chargers for electric cars. I was given a room with an awesome view over the "ria" and the sea.

Rooms are on the small side. It may be a bit noisy in the corridor. The entertainment (and some loud music) is on until 11:00 PM. One can easily notice that they are having a hard time hiring competent staff.

The resort itself was lovely, clean, spacious. The breakfast was lovely and for our breakfast only package it was nice to have a mimosa included. I enjoyed the piano performer each morning. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool. Two members of the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Samuel had solutions for all our questions about restaurants and travel and Laura went extra steps to help us find a one-way rental car.

I felt for this stay without meals included and without a car it was a long walk to the beach and to Tavira. We did Uber to Tavira and we walked to Cabanas for the beach and meals, but it was just a little unexpected. Would have loved to be able to see the Atlantic from the resort. Our room size was fine and had everything we needed but somehow we ended up in one of the only rooms without a balcony which was disappointing. Considering the resort wasn’t fully booked it would have been nice to have been upgraded.

Clean and modern design. The roof bar and pool offers excellent views of the coastline and town. Plenty of sunbeds to enjoy lounging around by the pool or the gardens. Some nice spaces inside the different accommodation blocks and seating with hammocks too so plenty of choices if you didn’t want to sit in the sun. The spa facilities were good with a hydro pool, heated pool and sauna and steam room alongside a lounge area. The gym was well equipped with the main cardio and weight machines as well as free weights, bench/step, stability balls and plenty of space for mat work. Great wash facilities too which includes showers. A lovely doable distance walk to the local town which offered a scenic boardwalk, with bars and shops along the route. Room had all you needed with housekeeping services daily. The food was good offering the usual varieties of proteins, pasta, vegan/vegetarian, breads, sweets, drinks. Two of the pool bars were closed but we still managed to get drinks without too much trouble. Water was provided around the hotel.

This is a decent sized hotel but just could use a little more space both inside and out to host additional activities and another smaller pool would be good . Evening entertainment was lacking along with a dedicated space/bar for gathering. The entertainment I saw on Friday was in the main bar next to the restaurant which was a walk through and often congested.

Food was amazing, lots and lots of options, they were kind to have selections for our food intolerances and alergies. Drinks with all inlcusive were always coming, we drank very delicious non alcohol drinks! Both restaurants were also very good. So food and drinks are a 5/5. The room had all we needed in a hotel room, good bed, nice private wc with shower, hot water arrived fast, there were plenty of space to put your clothes, AC and balcony. Also there are many activities to do during the day, they have the schedule in various places.

The only thing that i'd suggest to improve is to add some more good channels in the tv, or the tv to be smart tv (only saying this because we got bad weather on our stay and wanted to stay in bed more time), so we could cast our owns series and movies from the phones.

The breakfast was very good had excellent choice something for everyone very well laid out. The location was excellent The rooms are very good very clean the hotel was very well laid out you didn't have to walk to far to any of the bars or the eating area's the pool was excellent had slopes going into the pool and jacuzzi areas all round the pool with lovely islands around and the the girls that did the exercises twice a day were brilliant got everyone enjoying the moves

The only thing that I can think of that improve on is handrails on the steps for disabled people and rails going into the pool
