Location is fantastic, behind the square right next to the river so perfect for bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms were nicely presented. Breakfast in Caffe Veneza was excellent and surpassed expectations.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and represented good value for money. When we arrived it was extremely hot, we bought some cold drinks in the mini- supermarket only to find that there are no glasses or a bottle opener in the room although there is a small fridge. Providing a couple of glasses would be really helpful. Only other issues were that the towels smelled musty like they had been put away damp and the sink/showers didn’t drain properly.

The location - is right in the center of Tavira. The room is spacious and clean, same the bathroom.

No reception whatsoever. There are 6 rooms on a long corridor very close to each other. The guests from the other rooms do not take into consideration this and they talk so loud whether it’s 23 pm or 6 am. It’s really disturbing and you can’t complain to no one. I was there only for 3 nights but I can imagine how noisy it is when all the rooms are occupied in high season .

The location was great as it was right in the centre so everything was close by. The breakfast, at the Cafe Veneza nearby was excellent.

It was difficult to find as the room was round the corner from the cafe where you had to check in. After asking a number of people if they knew where the street was, we eventually met another guest who told us to check in at the cafe, but I still went to the wrong cafe at first. There were two similar cafes beside each other.

The room is not very big but very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very correct and I appreciated we had a minifridge. Room is simple but nicely decorated. Location is very convenient (owners have got a cafeteria and a cocktail bar just on the a parallel street). Check in with code system very smooth and easy.

Price not really a bargain but reasonable and understandable in peak season.

Great Location... very central. Clean and good shower/ensuite. Fairly quiet. Basic but functional. Breakfast in the local Veneza cafe was good. Breakfast on last day (when the cafe was closed - on the Tuesday) was a box with ample pastries and sandwiches/cold drink delivered to the room. Will hopefully be back.

The check in was smooth (in the local cafe - Veneza). However on the check out day, the cafe was closed so had to call the hotel to clarify checkout procedure... (left keys in room).

The room was clean and spacious. The location was excellent. Good breakfast which is eaten in the Veneza coffee shop (inside and outside seating available).

The information in Booking.com needs to be better detailed. Check-in is inside the Veneza coffee shop. Parking is off-site and a space is not guaranteed (not an issue for us as it was low season and we can walk with baggage, but it may be for others).

I loved everything about my two night stay. Friendly staff, helpful, engaging, comfortable clean room, comfy bed, nice shower, very spacious. Nice breakfast in cafe each morning.Tavira is beautiful, met so many strangers, who were locals, shop staff, restaurant staff, travellers.Will take my beautiful memories with me and come back for more of the same next year, please God, make my wish come true.

Fab location, steps away from everything you need. Check in was smooth (keys left in safety box). There are steps to property and also inside so not for less mobile. But lovely staff when we got breakfast at local cafe, all sorted and easy. Really enjoyed stay here , great value and location

On my most recent trip to Tavira for a birthday party I opted to stay in a b&b rather than renting an apartment. It was an inspired choice. The location was fabulous, the room spotless with great Wi-Fi and the breakfast served in the adjoining cafe top class. A brilliant experience.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and shower was hot. Great location and delicious breakfast.

The room was very cold and it took forever to warm up. Had a nice window, but no sunshine to assist with heating or moisture control. Maybe a summer stay would be better!
