Very nice and clean hotel for an overnight stay, comfortable room for a family with two children, convenient location next to the highway if you are traveling by car.

Morning staff could have been nicer, as we felt awkwardly uncomfortable in their forced smile and comments in between. Specially no place for comments in hospitality business. Among other things, if I placed the coffee cups on the table next to the kitchen because the trays were gone, no need for "well, I just cleaned that table...but it's ok", specially when the table still has breadcrumbs on it.

I really liked the wheelchair accessible room. Very spacious, great bathroom. In principle, the hotel is very clean, quiet, cozy.

We booked a room with an adapted environment for a person in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, upon arrival late in the evening, we were offered to take a regular room, which was extremely inconvenient. My son could not use the toilet and bathroom. Our room was on the 4th floor, we had to do hygiene procedures on the ground floor in the common toilet. The next day we were transferred to an adapted room for people in wheelchairs. Also, the first meeting with the staff was quite cold and abrupt. Fortunately, we did not see this employee again. All the others were extremely attentive (although they promised to help with moving to a new room in the morning, but we did not receive any help)

We stayed for 1 week. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. The room was spotless and bigger than expected. All onsite facilities were excellent. The underground car park with hotel discount was very secure and reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we had a car there are some great walks in the local area, also a great selection of shops and train station only 5 minute walk away.

We would give an overall score of 9.9 out of 10 if we could. The only minor issue was that the mattress was firmer than we're use to, took a couple of nights to get used to it.

The mini kitchen that is fairly well equipped and easy to use. I enjoy the balcony although there is only a few available. Room is always clean. WIFI is good and I rarely have an issue with streaming or connectivity. Rooms are quiet and I've never hear anyone else on the floor. I love the front courtyard as many times I travel with my dog and this area provides her a good rest area. Breakfast is good and filling, but nothing fancy or extensive. Staff is warm and welcoming.

I despise the plastic mattress protector. I get it, you must protect your asset. But I sleep hot and the plastic on the mattress makes it uncomfortably hot for me, even sleeping with a fan and the window open. Surely you could find a better mattress protector that isn't plastic that would make sleeping in your beds more comfortable. Why isn't there a water cooker or small saucepan?

Breakfast is basic but filling. Facilities are nice, modern and conveniently located. Staff is wonderful, warm and welcoming, especially to my dog who often travels with me. I love the front courtyard, it provides a great open space. Internet is fast and reliable, even for streaming services. Love having the kitchen to cook for myself. Bed linens are high quality cotton and soft. Pillows are typical European, but I bring my own.

Usually, this everything is super clean, however last time I stayed, there were 3 dirty rags left on the kitchen counter, probably just a small oversite by the housekeeping staff. No kettle in the kitchen, only a Nespresso, which I don't care for. Although this is a personal issue, my biggest problem is with the plastic mattress cover, which makes me sleep hot. I used one of the duvets to sleep on last time and it helped mitigate the heat, but I have to use a fan and sleep with a window open.

Apartment was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and safe. We actually forgot to bring our stroller inside three room and the next morning it was still in the hallway with everything in it. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.

Pillows were not too comfy. If walking to the hotel from the train there is a busy avenue to cross. We walked at night with kids so the way there was dark.

The hotel location was convenient and close to almost everything I needed. The kitchenette was a very useful added value. I also like the multitude of power outlets/plugs and lights.

I did not like the breakfast selection and location. The internet and one of the elevators were intermittently not working. Coffee and tea were not offered, despite the availability of a coffee maker. Also, the television channel lineup was very poor.

Very good value for money for a family, extremely helpful staff when we couldn’t find the hotel nearing midnight. Absolutely clean, nice colours in the room, surprisingly well equipped kitchenette. Reasonably priced and great quality underground car park.

We couldn’t find the place when arriving by car. Luckily the staff was extremely helpful, even came out to find us to help where to go and how to park underground. Superb people.

The proximity to the airport was the biggest advantage of this property. The room had a kitchen with some utensils to prepare some food for a short stay. The room was quiet inspite of the nearby highway. The room was clean and well lit. Even though the hotel is a bit expensive, it is very good for a short stay, especially before an early morning flight.

The staff during check-in was rude and not friendly. Parking was very expensive, even though it was easy to find public parking spots right in front of the hotel. No power sockets by the bedside.

Great location if you are travelling by car and want or need to be close to the highway. We were by car and had access to the parking which was very nice, bright and big. Our family room was perfect. Double bed and 2 separate single beds. The little kitchenette which has everything you need. Great location Supermarket, restaurants, bakery and petrol station nearby. Very convenient.

- Hair dryer was full of dust. It even stopped working for the amount of dust it had. I had to end up clean it a bit. It was kind of gross. - A/C wasn’t working, but kept the window open at night. Slightly disturbing from the cars passing by all night. (I Guess that’s what you get for staying by the highway haha).
