“A wonderful stay with excellent service!” I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Hotel. The facilities were great, and the service was exceptional throughout. Special thanks to Moyaad Musaad, Head of Front Desk, for his professionalism and warm welcome. Fatima at the Kids Club was amazing with the children — very caring and energetic. Alqaisi at the restaurant and Abu Baker at the café were both excellent and made every visit enjoyable. The Health Club team were all professional and attentive, and the barber was very talented. I also appreciated the shop cashier, who was both professional and generous. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

It’s the perfect place to relax and take a break for all family members. - There are many activities for kids. - The breakfast was delicious and varied. - Hotel Interior design was stunning and relaxing. - Swimming pool was very nice. - Waldorf Astoria SPA for ladies was astonishing.

The hotel main swimming pool services lack professionalism. There are no towels, no water, no registration, and the lifeguard is not always present and does not wear lifeguard uniforms.

I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Jeddah. The view was excellent, and I appreciated the friendly staff, the fast checkout process, valet parking, the lobby, and the pool.

suggest adding a pool heater for colder days، I would recommend adding more activities around the pool area to make it livelier and more engaging. Additionally, the tables and chairs in the pool area could use an upgrade for better comfort and aesthetics.

I arrived at 2:30 and they said the is not available yet and check-in time starts at 3pm which was fair but the problem was when the receptionist told us that they need around hour and a half for the room to be ready. I told him that it was fair when you didn't give us the room before 3pm but it's not acceptable at all if the room is not ready at 3pm. anyway the room was ready about 10 minutes late

Luxurious, sea view, the waitress in the exhaustive lounge was very friendly.

Old , no electricity plug next to bed, tv did not connect to my ipad , mosquitos, the couch provoked my allergies , key all of a sudden stopped working on my second day of stay , the bathtub kept making loud cracking noise .

breakfast was great, great value but expensive

The hotel failed to disclose the ongoing renovations on the floor directly above my room. The renovations took place daily from 11 am to 7 pm and caused significant noise disturbance, making it impossible to take phone calls or unwind in my room. The hotel did not inform me about the renovations during the booking process, and they did not offer an alternative room unless I paid an additional fee for an upgrade. This situation was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Excellent hotel with good location and amazing big gym, great saunas and amazing big pool (even for swimming and not just like one of those small ones). Hotel offers excellent dinning experience, staff was helpful and friendly.

Mini bar at the room was empty which for 5* hotel is not common, and business center had kind of old used computers and uncomfortable seating.

Everything! The beds, bathroom size, hotel location, room location, beautiful lobby, extremely clean and the balcony!

Sofa needs to be changed as it is old and stained. Need more UK type sockets! The room was limited to two UK type socket and one stopped working. The tub needs extra maintenance as the water keeps collecting.

Electric wall sockets...some are pretty warn out, and others still have the old 2-points.

I spent the weekend there for my wedding and loved the staff both for the male and female weddings. Too notch service that do their best to accommodate even requests that are not per book. Seriously high quality services with planning and arranging all aspects of the weddings.

Executive rooms need upgrading, very old. Sure it is clean but very old. No next to bed charger. Laundry service is way to high even by five start hotel standard.
