Stayed for one night and enjoyed it. Comfortable beds, clean rooms , friendly staff

No complimentary water bottles inside room - it’s a small and inexpensive gesture needed especially after a long travel day

Beautiful modern hotel

Parking was way over priced and upon checking in the lady made out like the free parking was a walk through the shopping centre and it was not so we paid $50 for nothing!

The quality of our room was excellent and was very aesthetic pleasing. The beds are spacious, comfortable and you can see the incredible view from the comfort of your hotel bed. I loved having access to an indoor pool. During winter this is great to have a drink in the spa with an incredible view. The team were so helpful upon arrival and gave me an insightful overview of the hotel, amenities & nearby food/activities. Chadstone shopping centre is easily accessible from the hotel and has so much to offer. I highly recommend going to Holey Moley & Hijinx at the Social Quater if you’re looking for a late night activity.

As much as the pool is ideal and a great amenity, the spa is small so when multiple groups are in the pool area at once it’s difficult to have access to the warmer water. Children are also not supposed to be in the pool area after 9pm however on the last night of our stay there was a child splashing around the spa around 9:30pm.

Room was excellent, the pool slightly cold an not massive but had a spa too myl kid an my self loved it,the hotel was next door to shopping center, also breakfast we got included for $40 was set up an taste beautif staff were amazing Got a superior room sizing was decent room to move view was also lovley highly recommend this hotel

we did have a 2 hour edit time after we checked in to get into our room(they charge 40 an hour of you miss your time) we did get a game card to archie brothers an a fruit v platter staff were very apologetic I'd def come back an even gave me a direct email address so this issue Woodbridge happen again Side note parking $40 under cover or free in chadstone shopping center we did have to drive around for 10 mins till a free one came up, Didn't think worth 40 for one night I think same for weekend stay

The room was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and modern.

Loud noise from the road below. We chose this hotel as it had a pool. But the pool needed much better policing as it was really rowdy. We got there at 9.15 which is adult only time and it was filled with kids doing bombs, wrestling and screaming, and the area was trashed with food on the tables, dirty towels all over the floor and not a single vacant chair. Had to call someone to attend which was disappointing to see parents and kids ignore their requests to leave.

M Gallery Hotel Chadstone excels in cleanliness and service, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s staff were particularly outstanding when my daughter spilled milk on the quilt, soaking it entirely. They promptly replaced the quilt with no fuss, demonstrating their efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. Their professionalism and quick response made a potentially stressful moment completely hassle-free.

The only downside of my stay was the unpleasant smell in the spa. It was difficult to pinpoint the exact cause or how to describe the smell, but it seemed like either an excessive amount of chlorine or a need for better filter maintenance, maybe both. While not a deal-breaker, it did detract slightly from an otherwise great experience.

I cannot express enough how impressed I was with every aspect of the hotel! I rang to explain not only was it my partners birthday but I was going to propose.. Every person I spoke to organise extras for the room, balloons, champagne etc was more than helpful and could not do enough to make sure everything was just perfect! The room was a corner room on the 6th floor, most amazing views of Melbourne city from the bed and bath. Room was spacious, bed so comfortable and so big! Once again thankyou to all staff at McGallery Hotel Chadstone for making this a night to remember for both myself and my partner.. oh.. and she said YES 💎💍♥️ P.s I travel all over the world and this is definitely a world class hotel!!

I search the world over for the perfect hotel room. It was clean, bright, comfortable, big towels in the bathroom (very rare), so much light to work by at the desk it was incredible. No having to open the curtains to get enough light into the room, Check In seamless, staff very friendly, modern decor, great breakfast, just all around good night's stay. BUT!!!!!

C'mon guys. Arrived around 2030 and had to get room service for a meal. $46 for a bloody hamburger and chips!!!!! Granted, it was a very good hamburger, but bit over the top on pricing. To top it off, prices of the mini bar were prohibitive, so decided to get a bottle of wine from the bar upstairs GUESS WHAT!!! Yep, another of these perpetrators of the world wide phenomenon of charging stupid prices for wine. Paid $80 for a bottle of wine that can be bought in any bottle shop around Australia for $25!!!!!!

The buffet breakfast was a hit with both the kids and me, offering a great start to our days. The staff's handling of food allergies was fantastic, making us feel safe and well-cared for. The proximity to Chadstone Shopping Centre was incredibly convenient, allowing us to enjoy shopping and dining options easily. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the heated pool was a favorite spot for the kids. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, contributing to a wonderful school holiday experience. Plus, being close to Hoyt’s cinema was an added bonus for entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Chadstone Hotel and would happily return!

I took my mum for an overnight shopping trip. The whole experience was beyond expectations. Mums 86 and was wanting to catch up on some shopping. She is thrilled and impressed with everyone she met and interacted with. We ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Mums very particular. She now wants to do this regularly. The hotel made everything so easy. The bed was so comfortable she slept extremely well.

There was nothing to not like.
