It was central and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! It was convenient to have the restaurant onsite especially for breakfast. We enjoyed our meals.

The lighting in the room was okay but felt could have been a bit brighter. Even though we enjoyed the meals some of the portions were too big. The water tap in the bathroom sink is curved so high that you have to watch when washing hands that the water doesn’t splash all over the counter. One day the water for the shower had to run for 5 minutes before it was hot enough.

The hotel was close to the attractions we wanted. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They gave us some good recommendations about what to see in Ottawa. The air conditioning was great because it was very hot outside. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was refreshing and the room was tidied when we were gone. We didn't move our car the whole time, which was quite nice. We probably should have stayed longer to see more.

The view was a brick wall, so it felt a bit confining. The parking was a little pricey but it was on site. The breakfast was too expensive so we opted to eat out. We requested a menu from the restaurant for dinner, but they never provided it.

The location was really good, and I was able to do most of the walking. The room also had a cool space and good accommodations. The breakfast was good (even though it had to be paid separately from your room). Overall a good experience.

Minor issues occurred during check-in, as we arrived a little earlier. The receptionist told me that he would call to complete my check-in, but he didn't, so I waited for almost an hour to get into my room. Also, they do not take a debit international card; you need to have an international credit card to handle check-in, which is not good for people like me that is just visiting the country and have no need for an international credit card. I solved this by using my friend's credit card account.

At a first glance this modern hotel is nothing special, but it's conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance to the main attractions and a subway station. Nevertheless, there is a good athmosphere and the staff is kind and hepful. Our room was clean and wide enough for 2. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. We were asked for a deposit on arrival, as many hotels in Canada do, but it was refunded after our stay.

It's a shame breakfast is not included. But they have a restaurant on the second floor.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, just a few blocks away from Canada's beautiful and old, government buildings. There's plenty of shopping and sightseeing close by. The hotel in general and the room were nicely kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. It's nice having a restaurant on site.

My room was close to the elevator, and the elevators were pretty slow. So when a group of people are celebrating at 2 AM and waiting for the elevator, they create a fair amount of noise that can easily be heard within the room.

Rooms are nice though small. Bed was very comfortable. You can walk to Parliament Hill and anywhere in the cbd. Limited parking spots are available at the hotel which was useful to us. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Check in on line was poor and kept refusing to take my credit card but still took a small amount of money each of the 4 times I tried to complete check in. Very frustrating . They don’t seem to monitor messages through Booking.com regularly

Central to downtown Ottawa, which is quiet in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Clean faciities and well-stocked gym.

The parking lot is a bit awkward as you have to walk out of the building and down a ramp. I was worried for my mother-in-law, who is a senior, as it was dark and icy. However, there is a rail next to the wall that can be used. Not the best set up but there was ample parking and good security. The gym was also open really late in the morning, whereas most hotel gyms are open by 7 am. This was inconveient for us when we wanted to leave early. The bedroom lighting was also very oddly set up. There were no dim soft lights that could be used next to the bed, only extremely bright ones. There was no microwave available or fridge.

I believe that on booking all features of what hotel has should be displayed before you actually book the hotel I mean , my flight was over night landing at 6 am and check in at 3-4 pm so I had to book extra night for not to stay half of the day somewhere in coffee shops, however after I confirmed booking and prepaid it papers that the hotel has options of early check in for $30 !!!!! I could save $120 to be honest it’s a lot considering cost for 4 nights The AC was loud and mini fridge was like leaky but still ok

Parking… I had my full-sized pickup truck and underground parking has a max height clearance of 5’8”. There are a few (about 6) designated spots for parking larger vehicles outside, directly behind the hotel, but this area is very small and difficult to access - had to fold in mirrors to get there. Staff did their best to accommodate my parking needs but if I’m driving my truck, I’d hesitate simply because of the limited parking for trucks.

Very attentive staff - some minor issues dealt with promptly. Restaurant was convenient and good.

Room layout wasn’t great in that you had to walk by a narrow passage to get to the other side of the bed and to table - but that was basically the shape of the room. No plugs for charging on one side of the bed. Downtown Ottawa hotels all seem very expensive - this was in line but seemed like a lot.
