This hotel is excellent value for money. The room was very quiet, peaceful and spacious. The staff were very friendly, particularly the young gentleman at the entrance who helps with the luggage (sorry I forgot his name). The food was very good we had breakfast and dinner all very tasty. The rooftop pool and bar are also very nice.

The reasons I gave 8/10 is because the bedroom windows really need to be cleaned as they were very dirty. The shower cubicle is very dark and uninviting. The bathroom door bottom corner looked like it had mould or something weird. I didn't stare at it long enough to figure out what it was but it really triggered my OCD.

Great stay at this hotel. Wifi was strong never lost a signal, and streamed Netflix without an issue. Hotel is new and modern. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good. I will give one piece of advice to anyone coming here though, if you find that your air conditioner is not properly working just go to the front desk and let them know. They seem to have some kind of energy saving central air system that does not let your room cool to your temperature. I went to the front desk thinking the unit was not working but that is not the case. Once you tell the front desk they go into their computer system and take off the block which allows you to use the AC to its full capacity.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, very well located. We had an issue with the first room we were given on the 7th floor. We notified the staff and as soon as a room became available, we were moved to a better room.

The first room we stayed at had a severely problem with humidity, it had an unpleasant smell and felt starting getting sick from the smell and ambiance of the room.

Great swimming pool, nice hotel room and wonderful views. I would definitely come back

They over exaggerate with the A/C: the lobby is freezing cold. The breakfast is good, but they should label the foods more clearly so that you know what you're going to eat and can be careful if you have allergies. More than once, I ate things I wasn't supposed to because they were not labelled and the people working there weren't sure about what was inside

The breakfast was incredible, delicious and very tasty, the room clean and comfortable and also with all the amenities that we needed in our stay there, people who welcomed us were attentive, super kinds and friendly with my wife and I, on the other hand, the location was amazing and near restaurants, pharmacy, shopping center etc definitively I would come back there

The location of the hotel was near everything we wanted. And the front desk would always call for a taxi for us when needed. The breakfast was plentiful and good.

The laundry service was very poor. They mixed the whites with darks. They charged an extra 50% for next day service I did not ask for. And when asked for a refund it was not available. The laundry manager said she would refund the money then the hotel manager denied the refund. Not good.

I like everything about the property great location amazing pool but it needs work done because in the picture everything looks so nice but in real life it’s more simple than that and the glass needs cleaning because it’s very foggy and you can’t take a nice picture. :/ we went with the big group and everybody liked it is so clean it’s located on the green location. highly recommended.

please remodel the pool and clean those glasses by the pool to look like the picture that’s the only thing why I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

easy access to location i needed , staff is fantastic and friendly , very helpful . breakfast is very good with the variety was great.

only thing i didnt like was the spray to make room smell fresh but i'm very senstive to smells i request the housekeeper to not spray any more and that resolved it.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed, pillows, mattress, comforter, was the best I have experienced, even better than my own at home. I had the best sleep of my trip at this hotel on my night prior to flight departure. Also the included buffet breakfast was amazing.

This is a newer facility that opened in 2020. clean big rooms, hot showers ( not always a given in Barranquilla), fantastic breakfast buffet, restaurant is excellent at night too ( recommend the mojarra and ceviche). Friendly welcoming staff that are willing and helpful to make your stay the best possible

They have lights in the hallways and garage on motion sensor so when you step off the elevator at night into darkness it can be startling
