The current photo’s on booking.com are dated and not representative of all the rooms in the hotel. The decor in my room was beautiful and felt more like a a boutique hotel. Lovely rooftop terrace. Good lively location.

The lift is very small. The neighbourhood is lively, so may be a bit too noisy for some, especially if you want to keep the window open at night. Also if your room is position to the inner part of the hotel this can be noisy as all the bathrooms windows seem to be open and are positioned around an internal courtyard, so you can hear people showering and flushing the toilet.

Very good place for a tourist stay in Bogota. I would rather call it a 3* (in European perception) boutique hotel. The advantages include an excellent location, comfortable rooms (we used a rather small single room and a standard double room), an intimate cafe and bar with the breakfast function, and most importantly, the service of the reception and housekeeping staff. I am grateful to the head of the reception (the lady, sorry, I don't remember her name) for her excellent advice regarding sightseeing, safety, communication and creating a very nice atmosphere during our stay. Everything was great for us. Thank you and we will definitely come back to you.

Not all staff spoke English - my Spanish not great so difficult in communicating Breakfast in little cafe - one morning nice but difficult another morning due to crowds, they didn't seem to be able to cope

Very well located, walking distance to main areas. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel itself is very art Deco and has a lot of charm. We stayed in the studio room and really enjoyed how spacious it was. Staff at reception were friendly. We also asked for a quiet room which they accommodated for.

Proximity to center. The lady at the desk was very nice. And offered us an extra flroom as a mistake was done on their side. The bedrooms are modern and decorated with style. It was clean and very welcoming. I also appreciated good quality soap and shampoo.

Absolutely delightful art deco hotel thoroughly modernized. The convenience of the refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate were not utilized, but appreciated. The location in the heart of Bogota, just blocks from the Gold Museum and the Emerald Museum with easy taxi service anywhere in the city was perfect. The young English-speaking staff were extremely helpful and the little bistro in the lobby made great breakfasts. What's not to like?!

We paid extra for a kitchenette to make breakfast. However there were no bowls or utensils available in the room or at reception. Thus the extra facility was useless.

Loved the location of this hotel - very convenient to all the key tourist attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was small but comfortable. If I visited Bogota again I will for sure stay at Hotel Regina without hesitation!

For me as a single traveler I was satisfied with everything. If I'm forced to pick one thing I will say a little more food quantity for breakfast :)

The location is great, next to the main tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and complimentary breakfast is a star I specially recommend breakfast de la casa. It is spectacular and exactly what you need to start a day

The room was quite small with a very small closet (which is a problem if you arrive with big suitcases/backpacks). Also having a bathroom sink in the room was kind of strange

A small hotel but well equipped hotel in the heart of the tourist centre of Bogotá. The double glazed windows and blackout blinds were a huge plus. The shower was fantastic, hot and powerful. The staff member who most stood out was Jessica in the restaurant on a morning, a couple of great tips helped us out a lot. Highly recommended hotel for a short and economic stay in the Colombian capital.

The room itself was small, the king size bed was great but left little room for much else, also the sliding door to the bathroom didn't quite close fully, but it wasn't a big issue.
