Decent hotel with well equipped (ironing board, TV chromecast, minibar) spacious rooms. Super comfy beds. Fast check-in with a dedicated app. Mobile key available. Fabulous breakfast with park view. Easy access to the centre of Copenhagen/Airport by bus no 19/Metro 2 or train from Glostrup Station.

Not clear rules of using steam rooms. There was nobody to help. I suggest installing a telephone to easily contact the front office if it is needed.

Good location, was easy to reach and fulfilled main expectations. Simple, not overdone, all main needs are there. Breakfast simple ,nothing fancy, just have to walk to another building. No problems to stay there again.

Need some repair in bathroom. Good to have a iron, but main challenge was to fill the iron with water for steaming, was some improvisation done. If you are on sunny side, keep curtains closed, rooms heats up and air conditioner stays no 23, even if you try to set it lover.

Very well located… right next to a lovely park, bus stop and not too far from the shopping centre and train station. The breakfast was lovely.

The air conditioning control was bright all night… unbearable. Surely there has to be a sleep setting. Restaurant is only open at specific times so you more or less have to figure out your own lunch and sometimes dinner. Could be cleaner, we had things under our bed.

Modern hotel, we chose it as it has a free carpark. Spacious room, the road noise soon died down. Excellent breakfast is next door but that was OK, as they provide free umbrellas to use! We also had a very nice dinner there one night! Train station is about a 10 minute walk away, which was OK. ....easy to take the train into Copenhagen than it is to drive there and pay for parking! Good shower. Be prepared to have to walk to shops, train and restaurants.

I could not get the thermostat to go down, so it was way too warm in the room. Could not open the window as we were street side. It was in the middle of the night so did not call the staff to come and do it for me. So in the end, did not sleep well.

Breakfast was good and the room was good size and comfortable. Very nive restaurant overlooking a beautiful park

The aircontition did not work, allthough not high temperature outside, it mase the room badly ventilated. If you open the window the noise from the road was so intens that it kept you awake. Restaurant and the breakfast was in another buliding, not a problem but still not ideal.

Very nice and clean rooms, great breakfast. The staff were very friendly, especially Louise who was very helpful and did the impossible to solve problems. The hotel is also very bike friendly, we were allowed to store the bike in the garage or even take it to the room for charging.

The breakfast was very good, lost of options and the view from the breakfast lounge is awesome, especially if you sit outside. Room was clean and the hotel quiet end the surroundings very beautiful. Nice location for running end good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Our room was very warm and we could not lower the temperature. If we opened the window there was very much noise from the main street which was just our side our room.

Hotel and staff were great

Free WIFI not so good. Also the party on the Thursday / Friday was very loud especially when my room was almost directly above reception entrance. Maybe if events are happening these rooms are saved for those attending. It just kept me awake when it was happening until around 3am.

Easy to access by train and/or bus. The service was super friendly and always available in case that you may have questions. Big buffet at breakfast with a huge dining hall. They even had lactose free yoghurt, butter and milk which I really appreciated! The room had enough space for luggage and belongings with rather big windows.

The rooms were a bit too warm to sleep. At the thermometer inside the room, you where able to set a temperature, but unfortunately it did not cool down. When I wanted to try out the wellness, i could not find towels there (anymore?). So sadly I wasn’t able to try out the sauna and cannot give a review.

Breakfast & Dinner - Just delicious, with lots of options Room - Beautiful, completely spotless, very quite with lots of natural light, both the room and bathroom were very spacious and incredibly comfortable for our needs Location - A bit of a walk to the closest station (about 15 minutes away) but the facilities made it worth it. Having dinner or a drink on the balcony of the conference centre, overlooking the gorgeous garden with that summer breeze couldn't be beat. Onsite team - Absolutely brilliant! Lots of enthusiastic recommendations and support for our couple of days stay, Anja from the restaurant and her two other wonderful colleagues (whose names I have forgotten, which I hate myself for!) were just excellent. The reception team had given us a room nearby the reception due to my friends medical requirements and offered plenty of support and options should we have needed with great sincerity and kindness. Highly recommended.
