You get access to sister hotel Palma and Palacio pools and restaurants. Breakfast is very good with a lot of food variety. Pools are clean. Workers are kind and ready to help, especially young guy Yousuf who always helped us with our bags.

Laundry service was impossible to get. After speaking to laundry several times through telephone and even trying through reception workers who helped me by calling laundry directly, no one ever came to the room to pick up clothes for washing. They also have a silly policy that they close pools at 6 PM while sunset is at 7:20 PM

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. One of the best parts of the stay was the location — close to everything, yet very peaceful and quiet at night. 🌟 Wonderful Stay at Sunny Days – Second Year in a Row! This is my second time staying at Sunny Days Hotel, and every time they exceed my expectations! The reception was outstanding – special thanks to Mr. Hamdy, Mr. Mahmoud, and Mr. Mohamed El-Sayed for their warm welcome and professionalism. They truly made me feel at home from the very first moment. Also, the room service, led by Alem, was exceptional – fast response, friendly attitude, and impeccable cleanliness. The place is extremely clean, and the food is delicious and varied. Honestly, the whole experience deserves more than 5 stars, and I highly recommend Sunny Days to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great service. Thank you, Sunny Days! The staff especially Hamdy, he was very nice and so were the other staff they were all very helpful. The location is perfect. The staff working in the buffet were very nice. The breakfast was amazing and the aqua park was amazing.

The food was not perfect but it was okay. The lunch we didn’t like too much and the dinner is a little better. The snacks were not good. Especially the sausages. Also the safety wasn’t great. There is lots of water around the swimming pool and people are slipping including me, There was no First Aid and my leg was bleeding, they tried to help but they didn’t have the equipment/medication to do so. Next time be careful and please put signs up especially when cleaning and there is water everywhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was big and TV channels in English, sport channels also. Bed was very comfortable. Cleaner needed to be a bit more thorough but toilet was cleaned each day, bed made and towels changed daily. Shower was big and had a plunger head fitted so was enjoyable. ——————- Breakfast/ lunch / evening meals are served across the road in palma or Palladio resorts. We ate mostly in palma in the Andulusan restsurant, we was looked after everyday by Mamoud, he worked tirelessly and after a small tip on day one always tried to save us a table. We found the food nice, we always found something to eat. Breakfast consisted of fried eggs or omelette, freshly made pancakes either honey or jam, pastries and plenty of coffee. Lunch we ate small amounts of salad, chicken or beef shwarma and putts breads with fries, plenty of other choices and small cakes for pudding. Evening meals varied but some nights fresh roasted legs of lamb cut in front of you, half a fried duck or chicken, cooked potatoes and vegetables and all manner of other choices. Grilled or roasted fish or beef stew type meal, salads to name a few. We are at 3 of the 4 Al a carte restaurants, all fine and more relaxed, our favourite was the chino Asian restaurant which we stayed in for a few hours enjoying the white wine which was available on the fully inclusive. You can eat breakfast and lunch at the Italian restaurant if you want a more relaxed atmosphere. ———————— The evening entertainment, we preferred to sit in either lobby bar and have a relaxed drink with a saxophonist, guitarist or violinist, however we did watch some of the shows at elpalicio and they were very good. ————————— The beach at palma Mirette across the road was a lovely place to sunbathe and drinks bought over to you (after a small tip at the start of each day 50-100 EGD) was looked after by Mohammad and Ahmed from the pool bar and indoor beach bar.

Very small plastic glasses, luckily we took our own schooners (3/4 pint) so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Location is really nice. Hotel is part of "Sunny Days" group. Group has 3 hotels next to /facing each other. Cross the road and you will have beach, Restaurants, swimming pool etc. We had large family suit, very spacious, fully functional A/cs in all rooms ( must for summer months). Lovely beach. Specially one near El Palacio hotel. Its shallow with lots of corals and fishes. We never had issues with sun umbrellas etc. Swimming pools are good though we never used it. Food is simple but plentyful. Staff are nice. Overall nice hotel and good value for money.

They have Disabled facilities. All the facilities were extremely good. The resort have everything you can need. No need to go outside the resort to enjoy and have fun, as the brought you everything inside to have fun. Night show, beach fun, big size restaurants, different kind of food to mach all guests, drinks, beach bars, and snacks beach restaurant to have variety of snacks with a gorgeous seaview.

They don't have a lot of beach chairs to have, you have to go and catch yours as early as you can to reserve one. Because all guests are running to find places to seat, as if you could catch yours you will not find anything. Dissatisfied; the guests are reserved the chairs from 6 AM or from at night and putting their towels and disappearing for around 6 or 7 or 8 hours and the rest can't find and place to seat. The only thing the the need to improve is that the have Free internet ONLY in the lobby and is very slow because all guests can have access to the same network. They have a paid internet as well.

I am so happy I chose this hotel as it had 3 hotels connected with everything you could ask for on a holiday with your family, or if you travelled alone or as a couple. Lots of choice! I especially liked how welcoming the staff were, and I travelled with Elderly Parents and the staff couldn't do anymore for them to ensure they could go on trips and enjoy all the activities in Hurghada. You can book all activities with the staff ahmed, sheko, kareem and Brahaim, and I highly recommend doing this as they know you, and how to keep you comfortable and happy individually. They particularly cared for my elderly parents who are unwell and ensured the tours knew their specific physical requirements, including a speed boat for my father to the orange bay boat trip as he struggled to walk. I was allowed to gallop the horses in the desert when I asked Ahmed, and it was unreal, best birthday ever!! We had excellent service, the waiters are warm and friendly, and Mohammad will help you when booking meals for special events like New years and christmas Day dinners and also Mahmud for the special birthday party dinner he put on for my father! The food was lovely and my apartment was so spacious for me and my 17 year old son. All The men in the markets were so kind and welcoming, and my son particularly liked visiting these for chats and tea. They made him feel at home and he has made forever friends. All the security and Ahmed the Police man was so helpful and always asking if we were okay and kept an eye on my sons whereabouts and told us, "any problems you come to me" I felt so safe and secure here and I will definitley return! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hurghada at any time of the year! We loved it and we are at the airport now heartbroken to be leaving everyone there!!

There nothing not to like, they went above and beyond for me and my family and when your new to a country and travelling with elderly parents and your own son, I couldn't have asked for anymore and really appreciate all the support that was given to us!

This hotel is much more than you can read on Booking. There is a huge staff who’s always looking after your needs and really helpful in every situation. There is 2 other hotel which is basically “connected” to Mirette and you have access to every hotel. There are many many pools, waterslides, 2 private beaches and etc. The entertainment is also very great. They have programs for us everyday. The room was always clean and comfortable. They always gave us what we need.

There is no wifi in the rooms and around the hotel, only in the lobby. We bought wifi for 22€ for 7days which was pretty much expensive and it worked poor. So I would say they could work on that service. The other thing is the hotel shops. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there because there is a lots of scam and it is 2-3x more expensive than shops outside. They even gave us expired sun cream.

The staff are amazing at assisting with any query also very polite and not to forget the night entertainment was on point, for adults and children, plenty of water activity within the complex, although the food can be very repetitive not much variety of food. Other then this hotel is just about perfect for a week or 2 holiday and with such decent prices you can't go wrong.

not a lot of variety of food. the room is a bit outdated, the walk to the beach is not ideal as you have to go through the hotel to reach the beach (3 separate buildings make-up the hotel)
