The room was clean and great for a family of 4 (two young children). The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The location of the hotel was good, close to many restaurants and sites to visit. The breakfast was amazing and so was the pool. We had a great time and I would book here again.

I did not like how the reception dealt with us when we asked for things such as ice, they demanded payment in advance instead of putting the cost on the room. It was a behavior I never experienced before. We spent more than AED 3000, and they would only accept our order for a bucket of ice if we paid AED 10 in advance?! It was a weird interaction.

Value for the money, Friday staff, good location, nice and rich breakfast, clean, big pool, taxi availability all times, comfortable bed, there are no chargable items in fridge (which hotels force on you), bathroom has separated shower area, good wordrobe space to unpack your cloth. I stayed 7 nights and enjoyed it. Info for taxi: The trip to the airport is around 25 minutes and costs 50-60 Dhs. The trip to Yas Island attractions is around 25 minutes and costs 60 - 70 Dhs.

Everything was very good, but only minor minor things: the sofa bed was good in size but not that much comfortable. The room space after opening the sofa bed is a little bit small (2 adult and 2 kids) but still ok, especially for the amount I paid, and an upgrade is available for a reasonable price.

The hotel felt very modern and had amazing facilities. Our room was fantastic with a great view of the city, it was spacious and the bathroom had a very nice shower! The gym was amazing, with very good equipment and the pool facilities were great as well as the outside bar in the pool area. Overall everything exceeded expectations for the price.

Our key card stopped working when coming back very late one night, but the front desk sorted it out very quickly, so was just a minor inconvenience. The coffee bar in the reception area probably had the most expensive coffee prices on the planet, so be aware!

Staff is friendly , facility is good in general.

My roomwas not ready at arrival. A checked in at 3 am. Everything I wanted to have a shower and go to sleep . But shower was not in working conditions. So I asked to change the room . But supervisor decided to invest more time to fix all issues . So in total nearly I spent extra 45 mins in the middle of the night to get to shower . I think it would be better for me as a customer to get a different room instead of waiting .

Room was served ideally and the staff was friendly in any question. Anything you need for the rest is readily available and everything is of good quality

The English was a little barrier to communicate with the room service effectively. E.g. you can ask for the hand wash gel and have toothbrush instead:)) But anyway, everything is being improved simultaneously. The actual minus is that after 11 pm the noise from the bar is still annoying.

Room is huge with space for the sofa bed. Good size for 2 adults and 2kids. Facilities are relatively new. Valet team seems helpful and polite though we did not use them. Check-in process was smooth while Check-out was lighting fast. Room given facing city was also quiet. Curtain was good to block 99% of light! Bed was comfortable. Heater for shower tub and hand wash basin heat up quickly despite winter temperature.

1. Heater for shower area takes more than 15 minutes to heat up, big waste of water while waiting for water to heat up. 2. P3 parking area does not have sufficient signage to inform customers where is Novotel as the area shares with Adagio Hotel. 3. Security access from P3 Parking to Hotel room is not so good as our room card could access Adagio Hotel lifts directly. We only knew this as we entered by mistake to Adagio side trying to find where is Novotel. The lift from Adagio said there is direct link to Novotel but the button did not work as functioned nor the room card allowed the access to the direct link. But it allowed direct to 9th Floor.

This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, corporate hotel without much personality. The staff was great. The facilities are terrific. The location was ok for what I needed. Even the coffee shop in the lobby had GREAT food. But it was all just like other Novotels. That isn't a bad thing. Just corporate and a little souless.

There isn't much to complain about here. It did what is was supposed to do. Would I come here for a romantic weekend? No. Would I come here to have some sort of amazing story to tell? No. Would I come here on work because I needed everything to work and not have to deal with the quirks of smaller, boutique hotels? Absolutely.

Excellent location between industrial zone Mussafah and the city. The hotel maintains an expected level of quality. Good breakfasts and a decent staff.

Terrible Wi-Fi. When switching between the lobby and room, it connects but doesn’t work. Thanks to a Chinese guest who taught me a workaround: you need to toggle the "Private Address" setting on your iPhone and Mac. The staff only knows to suggest "try forgetting this network and reconnecting." They promise to send a specialist, but of course, no one comes, as this issue affects the entire hotel.

Based on the price I paid for the stay, I was really impressed with the hotel overall. Very fancy, the facilities were out of my expectations. Nice room (the non-smoking one. Smoking one, pretty bad. Check below for details), the gym is really well equipped, nice pool, and the breakfast was superb. There were so many options that I couldn't get a taste of everything despite staying for five nights. I definitely recommend this hotel!

My check-in was quite late (2am) due to my flight and they did not have a non-smoking room available, even though I had booked one. They sent me to a "refreshened" smoking room for that night, but promised to move me to a non-smoking room in the next day. The smell in the smoking room was really bad, even with the air refresher they sprayed and my clothes got super stinky. Also, the carpets were pretty dirty. Fortunately, they moved me to a non-smoking room, as promised, and it was a thousand times better (did not stink, the carpet was clean). So, I am glad they did what they promised me, but if I book a non-smoking room, I want a non-smoking room. I don't want to cope with the smell, nor with the clothes getting stinky afterwards.
