We arrived with our motorcycles to attend the Arizona Bike Week Rally. Your staff were great and were professional. We were also able to enjoy the lounge area, bar, and pool into the late evening hours without any complaints from staff. The breakfast every morning was great, and food trays were kept stocked. We will definitely be reserving a room for next year's rally. Thank you to all the staff for their patience and courtesy to all us bikers who stayed at your hotel this week. You all did an awesome job!!

Comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Hotel was walking distance from shopping and eateries. Hotel car was comfortable with friendly staff. Pool area was great for small groups The gym was clean with free weight options.

Both rooms had a charge from the bar which was not ours. A call after return home quickly resolved the issue, but this was a reminder to read over the receipt. Staff was friendly and professional.

Lobby floors and hallways looked dirty - perhaps the style of tile chosen was made to look dirty (?) - otherwise the tile needed a cleaning and perhaps waxing - they did not look "Hilton" like...I would say that for such a new facility there needs to be a closer inspection of the quality of entry way trims, glass/entry imperfections, cement splatter, etc. the normal stuff that usually gets cleaned up with a eye toward perfection in the whole property! Blame the pandemic and the inability to get staff that specialize in this! Our room however was great!

Wonderful room. The location is great. The hotel is nestled in an art area with museums, small shops, a park area (that’s very well taken care of with water fountains and seating areas) and unique pubs & restaurants. The Mediterranean restaurant across the street was wonderful: authentic Greek cuisine with very reasonable price.

Good choice oof breakfast menu and very helpful staff who kept the items replenished from the kitchen. The reception staff were all very helpful and willing to give advice.

Gym machines need to be updated as some of the equipment was tied and antiquated,

Love the location, staff was friendly and it is very quite. The hotel served a great breakfast that was fresh and they had a lot of items to choose from.

We diid not like the fact that they will only clean your room every other day. You pay for a room and service and that is what you should get.

Kind of confusing location - getting in and out of parking lot - quite a few entrance/exits. The hot tub/spa was not hot at all on a cool night. No paper (notepad type thing) A couple more hooks in the bathroom would help and a luggage rack in the room would also be nice.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was clean, and the breakfasts were good. The patio area is particularly nice and the fitness center has some very good and abundant equipment. Rooms were very quiet.

The ironing board cover was torn, but I told the staff. No problem.

The property was very close proximity to all that we wanted to do on our mini getaway.

We opted for a double bed when we made the reservation. We would get a king-size bed next time. The double bed plus the sofa would be a great option for more than 2 people.

The breakfast is great. The location was close to a friend that I was visiting. I was pleased with it.

I was disappointed I called two hours after I had left this morning and indicated to you that I had left my new Apple charger and cord in the bedroom you indicated that there was nothing found. I’m disappointed.
