the location is perfect. close enough to the ocean and downtown spots we can walk to and just far enough off some of the noisy streets to be more peaceful. landscaping is beautiful.

why why why do use such terrible pillows? they’re extra small and just stuffed with lumps of foam. when a person uses a hotel primarily as a place to sleep the comfort of the bed should be the first priority.

Hotel was fairly clean, room was clean and size of room was bigger than I expected . The breakfast was a plus but a few more options wld be nice

Paying for parking sucks, what the price of the room parking should be free.. also room was a little warm during the day. No view , we had a view of the building next door & there are no window blinds that close so you cld literally see inside the windows , which means they cld probably see inside our rooms..

When we arrived I was given my room, but when we got there, the room was not cleaned yet. So, a nice housekeeper helps us right away and contacted the front desk person. I think there was a mistake or something like that, then on our way down to the front desk a gentleman stopped us and gave us another room and then he brought us the new key. I think he was a housekeeping supervisor or room inspector because he had a clipboard. He was very polite to us. He saved us the time to go back to the lobby with our luggages. Unfortunately, I don't know his name but I really appreciated his help. In general I liked everything, room, breakfast, staff and that they don't charge for the parking lot. I am a fan of Best Western Hotels.

As of now, I have no complaints.

Location was great, walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and convenience stores. The staff were all friendly. The bathroom was excellent, bright, modern, good water pressure, with hot and cold water. The bed comfortable and bedsheets were clean and tight. The hotel had a large parking area underneath.

The room wall is rather thin that we could hear people next-door speaking and the sound of their TV. The breakfast room can get very tight, queuing for a cup of coffee. Pay extra for inhouse parking.

parking fee was $23. I thought I had seen it was free in the booking. Went back at email and no notice of it. would be nice for that to be disclosed.

I was in town for a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. The location was perfect for being by my coworkers who were at the Westin. I felt safe walking around traveling alone (I walked to the actual Long Beach beach every morning). I also discovered a few great local places on the same block as the hotel - a poke place, and a crepe place. Definitely check out the crepe place, it was epic! The hotel was clean, quiet, and breakfast was awesome with french toast sticks! This was also close to the outlets at Pike street - I saw a movie at the cinemas there.

The price felt high for the area and for Best Western. Perhaps this was because of the conference that was in town, increasing the demand for hotel rooms.

The breakfast was great . I enjoyed making waffles, I like the fact you can take it back your room. I also like the fact my neighbors were respectful this time. Generally when I stay in a hotel, neighbors are always disrespectful throwing stuff yelling or fighting slamming doors up all night etc.

The loudness of the every day life. The the loud cars, the sirens of police, ambulance etc. The loud trash trucks.

We went to Long Beach for a festival and decided to stay here because it was close enough to the shuttles, which took us to the venue. The hotel was great. It was very comfy, enough room, and the room had a balcony, which honestly made it that much more awesome. The breeze and sunlight were perfect coming in, and there was minimal noise from the street below. The elevator going to the rooms had a special key, which only allowed you to go to the rooms if you scanned the key first. That added security was nice. In front of the elevators, there was always delicious cold infused water. The complimentary breakfast that came with the room was perfect! Perfect meal and did not have to go out and get food. At night when we would come back. The front sliding doors of the hotel would be shut, and only those that had they key could scan to have them open so that we could go to our room. It was great to know we were safe!

We didn't like that we had to pay for parking per night, even though we were guests of the hotel and all came in one car. Also there isn't enough parking underneath the hotel. Cars would have to innovate their own car parking against the wall or in a potentially open space that wouldn't block the other cars

The location was ideal for us (near both the downtown and the beach). When we stayed at the same hotel a few years ago, the decor was very tired but it's largely been redecorated and that's a big improvement.

The gym doesn't have a lot to offer.

Easy parking, friendly staff, the free amenities like breakfast, and shampoo and conditioner. We’re all of really good quality. I was really impressed and the place wasn’t too big so I didn’t feel like I was dealing with large crowds.

The rooms were a little bit smaller. They did not fit my stroller very well. Had we needed a pack and play I don’t know where we would’ve put it. The double rooms are not full or queen size but they are a true double which is nearly impossible to fit two adults.
