The staff here is absolutely awesome. When I first got my room, upon inspection it was on the "party, outside smokers side" where they propped open the security door to come and go at will and were definitely making their presence known being loud, smoking, drinking, obnoxious.... They were the bane of every hotel anywhere. When I reported it to the staff, they immediately gave me a better location and upgraded the room as well. I had an extended stay and when business cut it short and I had to change locations suddenly, they were very understanding and accommodating to my needs to cancel early.

I personally did not find anything not to like. Yes there were smokers partying in the parking lot.... that is almost anywhere you go now.

The location is great, well priced, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast had lots of options, and the woman in charge of the breakfast area is efficient and friendly. The parking lot was spacious and also clean. Even the men working on sprinklers and random things were friendly. The shower heated quickly and had great water pressure.

2 things- 1)The door to room 106 sucks! You basically have to body check it to get inside. Getting out, you have to pull hard. 2) We had a "Privacy Please tag on our door. There is no way it can fall off. When we returned 7 hours later. The sign was back inside, and our room and the room had been straightened. Bed made, new towels, trash emptied. This is a huge problem! I immediately went to the office to file a complaint with the manager. The young woman behind the counter, the same one that checked us in the afternoon before, said she would inform the manager. We travel a lot. This has never happened to us before.

The woman at the front desk was amazing, and a really sweet lady. She's awesome.

The area was a little sketchy. I had to park further in the parking lot, and went to check on my car a couple hours later and I could tell someone had wiped my windows (tinted) to try and see if I had anything worth breaking in for. I also noticed in that area of the parking lot that there was broken window glass. Quite a decent amount. Luckily, by that time a space had opened up right in front of the lobby, so I moved my vehicle.

the people: friendly and hard working. really puts the lie to the "poisoning the blood of the country" Trumpster BS. i was raised across the river, but had never learned that Rancho Cordova had become an Armenian enclave.

the free breakfast was a little better than they usually are (prepared with more care, people in charge of it were more attentive than is typical), but there were still powdered eggs and sausage with plenty of filler. actually those were the only negatives. most of the available breakfast was good: if it had been real eggs and a better quality sausage i would have no complaint.

The room size was good, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were pretty good and clean. Breakfast had perfect selections. The bathroom was a good size and clean. A good amount of towels and toiletries are in it.

I saw and killed one small caroche on my first night. Thereafter, I don't see any. I stayed for five nights. Other than that. My stay was pretty good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. I read the reviews about the carpark being sketchy, but it was totally fine. Well lit and felt safe. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance, so dinner was convenient. There was a problem with our swipe card when we arrived but it was fixed quickly and staff managed it really well. Was a nice stay.

There was only decaf coffee in our room and we need caffeine to start our day

This was our third time staying there and we are always happy with our stay. Safe, convenient location. Friendly staff. We haven't been there during warmer months, but the pool looks very inviting. Great breakfast options!

I have no major complaints. The body wash dispenser was broken and empty, but the housekeeping staff easily provided us with extra bars of soap. Only a bummer because the body wash smells nice.

The staff, especially Narine at reception and the kitchen personnel, were absolutely amazing. The beds were incredibly comfy, and we were thrilled with the room upgrade. Additionally, the breakfast provided was absolutely awesome.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. However, we were disappointed with the lack of room service during our four night stay. We requested a room service after two days. The floor wasn't cleaned, toilet paper and other amenities weren't provided, and there were no new towels. The only noticeable service was the beds being made and trash removal. This aspect detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Excellent location, easy Hi-50 access, good eats close by. The housekeepers are very attentive, all the other staff were as well. There is a CVS around the corner on Zinfandel that is open 24/7 too, that includes the pharmacy.

The only thing I had a problem with and it's because I am currently using a walker due to a lower left leg amputation, was the entry door into my room (#136) which required quite a bit of force to open and keep open whilst I wiggled my way in.

Room was clean and comfortable, even the pillows were nice. I liked how you needed to use your key card to go up the elevator, just gave me an extra feeling of security. The breakfast was far better than the usual cereal and juice at most American hotels, there were hot entrees and a latte machine.

Beware: They will take a $200.00 deposit and charge it to your credit card on check in, this was not mentioned anywhere when I booked. The night clerk told me it would take 10 days to release the money, the morning clerk told me it would take 3 days. I took pictures of the room before we left just in case they said they wouldn't release my deposit, but all was well.
