Bed was comfortable. Room HVAC was adequate. (It was a hot day, A/C had no problem keeping room cool) Breakfast was standard. Eggs, potatoes, fruit, cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, juice, coffee. I think the room doors should be checked that they all open and close easily. In my room the door had a little difficulty opening/closing. Probably needs to be rehung or minor adjustment made to improve fit.

The door did not close easily. It did close/open, just not easily. Not a big deal, just something that should be fixed and wasn't. The coffee was a little weak, but I understand one shouldn't expect gourmet dark roast. And some people prefer a weaker brew.

The room was very quiet and a good size also the bed was comfortable, We liked the outside courtyard, with space to sit and relax. The restaurant next door was definitely worth a visit.

We liked the room, quiet during the night. One light near the bed did not work, even putting a bulb in the socket. The breakfast offering was good, waffle which were made by me. eggs and fried potatoes. Juices and other amenities were good. Staff was very good, responsive and taking time to answer questions. Bed was very comfortable.

Would have liked a shower bar to hold onto while taking a shower and getting out of the tub. We are very senior people, we have balancing problems and have to be very careful not to fall. Maybe have 3-6 rooms for seniors with the shower bars being available. Bottom of tub was very slippery. Some coating could make the surface more amendable. Would have liked a shower/bath for when coming out of the tub. Used a towel which for some people may present a danger of tripping.

We were glad to be able to travel to Redding and have a place for our newly adopted dogs to stay. The staff, especially Jason and Amy, went above and beyond in front desk professionalism . Jason was so kind to tell us about the area and where to go and what to do. Amy allowed us a slightly check out so I could navigate the check out with the two frisky pups. I did find the hallways smelt a bit like kitty litter box but not too bad. The room was airy and we had a balcony to refresh as needed. The fitness center was not open but Jason shared we could use the hotel next door. We ended up going hiking so never got to check the other fitness space. Darn! Really, it was a great stay and the other staff were taking such good care of the space we appreciated the positive energy from all! Breakfast had plenty of options and coffee was available all day long! We will come back and look forward to another wonderful stay.

There was a bit of an odor in the hallway. It seems older carpet in an older building is not a great match for a pet friendly place. Otherwise, no complaints!

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and really easy to find from the freeway. Jason helped me when we checked in and he was so very nice and helped us get the best value and best room to fit our needs since we were traveling with our 2 little pups. Our Courtyard room has a sliding glass door that went right out to the pet area. We stayed at a few more hotels during our trip, all different brands but we honestly had the best stay here. We were happy & our pups were happy ! Thank you Jason!! 😊

The only thing I didn't like was the orange crush I got out of the vending machine tastes funny 😊

Very clean. The beds were nice. I loved having the window view on the third floor. This city is very clean. We stayed to work Instacart. We were homeless so it was nice to stay here for a few nights. We met some really nice staff. Breakfast was 8/10. At other hotels they always watch us eat and hover. They let us take as much food as we wanted. Lots of different food for breakfast. Elevator wasn’t too creepy…and I usually don’t like elevators. Staff was good to us.

Wish it were a bit cheaper, but still better than other places we have stayed

This is our favorite hotel. Reasonable rate. Plus NO deposit. It is annoying waiting for your deposit and not getting it at other motels. We had room 316 this time and the balcony view was beautiful. Plus it had like a small lounge couch which the kids slept on. The night manager is very kind and so is the morning manager. We love that they don’t judge us for eating the breakfast. (Our kids love to gorge). So do we. We loved the variety of the breakfast.

Even though the toilets need to be updated, it is still a really nice place for the price.

We always stay at this Motel, this time I was very disappointed. Our room was dirty. The floor had visible stuff all over it. There was mold growing all around the bathroom. A sock was tying the shower curtain on one side, and someone spit on the mirror. It was never cleaned off. I was very disappointed because we have never had an issue with this type of thing staying here before. I will definitely have to think about it before I make reservations again.

The staff and the breakfast are the best, We have always been treated great by everyone.

Helpful friendly staff. Quiet and the breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes plus a whole lot more. We had our dogs, one of which is my service dog, and they were very accommodating.

As a disabled person, I have to have a walk-in shower. We requested that, but they said the two rooms with walk-ins were booked. All rooms that are disabled accessible should have walk-ins. The only other thing is a woman who refused to put her dog on a leash. The dog is not a socially nice dog.

Very convenient for my reason for visit. Walking distance to my exam site. Excellent restaurants very close, Excellent location!

No TV remote in room. Staff did bring one fairly quickly, told us how to program it and left...but it didn't work. Called desk and was told we would get another. Called 20 minutes later, still no remote. I was told staff were too busy to bring one but I could go get one...so I did and it was fine. Toilet tank slow to fill so couldn't always flush for several minutes (10-15) someone else used it after use also water was running in tank on and off all night ( rm 123). All in all though we enjoyed ourselves, waffles were GREAT...we would absolutely stay again. Staff was very pleasant
