I liked the property. Rooms were clean.

I noticed they took out $150 for damage cost. I called to ask them about it and the lady put the manager on the phone. I told him that I noticed I was charged $150 . He said oh I know who you are you were smoking weed in the room. I said no that is not true. I don’t even smoke weed. He said I was the one who checked you in. I said no you weren’t. You don’t even sound like the guy that checked me in. He called me racist. I told him I am not racist and I was just calling about my account. They are so rude. Never allowed me to explain. Wanting to hang up in my face. I will never book there again.

Conveniently located off of I-95 for a place to stop for just an overnight stay while driving through. Restaurants are within walking distance. Beds (queens) were VERY comfortable! Staff was very helpful on check in. Breakfast was normal quality for complementary self serve. I used a third-party booking party and was happy with the price plus the clerk got us an additional AARP discount.

Did not apply to us but the May weather was quite warm but the pool was still closed for a couple of weeks.

Convenient location. Nice size accommodations. Comfortable bed mattress. The breakfast was great. Well stocked with hot food . Plenty of other choices.

Wish the place had an elevator. Second floor hard for us older adults. Did make a request for ground floor, when I booked. I booked a unit for 3 people but the room was only set up for 2 guests. I had to go to the office to get the linens, blanket,and pillow because the young lady at the desk was alone . She was very accommodating .

Location. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and had supplies for the room. Next to Ruby Tuesdays, so I was able to just walk to get dinner.

When I first arrived, I was early. I sat outside in my truck and waited for chec in time. While sitting there, I saw several homeless people walking around the area. I was then approached by one begging for money. I advised clerk about it. She apologized. Then at 2:30am a train came by the location and LAID on the horn. I was advised at check out that this conductor does that all the time. He thinks it's funny. But other than that, it was a good stay. Thanks.

I was attempting a solo drive from Northern Virginia to Florida for the first time and didn't anticipate my knees giving me so much grief that I had to break the trip up into two days instead of one. The Best Western in Florence was perfect for my needs. My room was very comfortable and clean. The thermostat was responsive and quickly adapted things to my comfort level when needed. I used the little coffee maker in the morning before I checked out which was a nice little perk. The Ruby Tuesday right next door was perfect for dinner that night; I just walked right over. It was my own inattention to detail that resulted in this, but I hadn't noticed the railroad tracks running right in front of the property until about midnight when a big ol' train came through and startled me out of a light sleep...but then I started to enjoy the sound of the cars rumbling by. It's one of my favorite sounds. I unfortunately didn't get out in time to sample the breakfast in the morning, but I'm going to to try and book a room on my way back home on the 11th and will hopefully catch the breakfast then.

As motels go, this one was one of the best I've encountered. I've stayed at many others in the past that had leaking ceilings, questionable plumbing, mold, bugs, etc. This Best Western had none of these. In fact, I'd say my room had everything I've ever had at a 3-star hotel except for room service and maybe an indoor pool which I don't much care about anyway. The room was impeccably clean and the front desk manager was just as friendly as she could possibly be.

Easy to get to location, just off the highway. Needed a place to rest for the night on a long road trip, this fit the need. Nothing fancy, but acceptable. Mostly updated, and relatively clean. After reading reviews of other hotels in this area, I feel this was a good choice. Nice little brewery down the street, for food/beer.

The area isn't the best, so I wouldn't recommend walking the streets, but felt safe enough. Breakfast was decent, although they were out of eggs, due to the New Years rush (so they said). Overall enough to munch on though.

The beds were SOOO comfortable. I never sleep well in hotels and I slept like a rock! I was also highly impressed by the free breakfast selections! Eggs, sausage, homemade waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins,cereal, coffee, juice etc!! I also liked that two restaurants were right next door to walk to. A perfect place for an overnight stop between destinations!

The room was very clean! The beds were super comfortable. It was a nice, quiet area right off I95. Breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, grits, muffins, yogurt, etc. There was a waffle maker. The eggs were gross. The coffee was better than most places I've stayed.

The bathroom was clean but a little outdated. The tub was yellow from aging. The bed was super comfortable but the pillows could have been better.

It was super clean and it was a cute place, everyone was friendly, everything was great! The beds were pretty comfortable. The sink area was beautiful, the pool was lovely. I loved it, I would give it a 10/10 and my brother would too, but my husband has a few minor complaints.

There wasn't much not to like. Husband says: The shower leaked and it was a little too small, the shower curtain was small and broken which caused water to spill onto the floor, the sink faucet leaked a little bit. There was no TV remote in our room.

It was close to restaurants and close to the event we were going to.

I didn’t know about a 300.00 deposit if u live within the same state. I live 4 hours away from Florence SC, I can understand the deposit it I lived within the area but that put a damper on my spending money for the trip.
