They have thought about every single detail, the jacuzzi is another level, all the accessories and cosmetics smell amazing! We loved it so much, We booked another night.

location is close to the beach and shopping areas

My sister book us this hotel bec she liked the area. It's very close walking distance to a nice plaza that has nice restaurants, boutiques & has a nice pool. It's also close to beautiful Bonita Beach aprox 5-6 miles away on tge Gulf of America. I like going to this beach. I like the proximity to the plaza bec we can enjoy a nice meal w/o driving & it also has 2 restaurants on the property. Our room was spacious, super clean & bathroom updated modern decor. Excellent! This hotel reminds me of the Hyatt Hotel although a much smaller hotel. Also, we were about 10 min away to Naples. Suoer convenient location. We highly recommend it.

The restaurant was a bit pricey but it's inflation! Maybe offer a few dishes in the $25 rang? We've been in this area before so we went on the adjacent plaza & had nice meals there.

This is the forth or fifth time I've stayed at the Trianon. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet (generally few children) and it is a short walk to the Lake Club for lunch, dinner or a drink. The back of the hotel opens over a nice lake so there always some wildlife hanging around.

Compared to my earlier visits, it appears that the number of employees was reduced. However, it was still easy to find help. The only mildly annoying part was that the parking lot is used for both the hotel and a steak restaurant. This means that parking is challenging if you want to arrive at certain hours.

The restaurants at the property were just okay - one was a little too expensive and the food at the other was just okay. Because these restaurants are open to the public, there was limited parking for the guests. I wish the hotel bar was open at night for the guests - Also, there did not seem to be a service elevator for the staff - more than once we couldn’t get on the elevator because the cleaning staff was on there with their carts

We thought the room was excellent, with a lovely view of the lake. The hotel itself was very well kept and the staff friendly.

We did not use the breakfast facility, as it was VERY limited and there was no incentive for us to do so. We would have considered it id there was more choice. We did use the Lakehouse bar on the first evening, which was nice. However we felt the happy hour finished far too soon and we would have used it more if the drink priced were more favourable, and if we drank from proper glasses and not flimsy plastic.

An excellent location in the heart of Bonita Springs and lots within walking distance. There is an older gentleman who has been there for years with a big smile glasses and is very thorough and sweet to follow up on everything you could possibly need. He is a real gem.

The lobby and grounds are wonderful. The rooms need some work never enough plugs and an extension cord under the bed for our electronics. The bed itself was not very comfortable, and the quality of the pillows and linens did not help.

This is our favorite hotel on the west coast of Florida. We are Canadian so our stay cost almost 40% more but we are used to this. We love the area (Bonita Springs) because there are so many wonderful restaurants and good shopping and cultural activities. The weather was perfect for our stay, so we enjoyed the pool. The staff in the hotel are helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and the on-site cafe and bar is convenient and fun.

Hard to find any faults with the Trianon!

The room was comfortable and although we were in the 4 the floor the lifts were very efficient. The hotel is only about 15 mins from the beach and there are plenty of eating places around. The Italian nearby was excellent. We didn't get to try the food at the hotel due to the restaurant not being open the one night we stayed. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a lovely location. We will def be back. Thank you

I loved attached restaurant but disappointed they don't serve a full breakfast such as eggs, pancakes, & waffles. Price during off-season was very good. Refrigerator in room was a pleasant surprise and pleased it was empty and NOT stocked with overpriced items. Keurig coffee machine was a plus. I would stay here again.

No full breakfast available. Daily maid & towel replacement service requires advanced notice, otherwise you don't get it.
